I called them yesterday for kind of an emergency plugged laundry room. They showed up on time this morning completed it the guys communicate so well and the price was unbelievable.

We had a very positive experience with Chris from Affordable Drains. He came promptly on time . Was courteous, answered all our questions and explained each step as he did it. Was very careful to wear booties and not dirty the floor. We would definitely call them again.

AJ Drains was fast and efficient. He took care of a nasty clog caused by 'flushable' wipes. I thought it was going to cost me a fortune that I do not have. Instead I paid a very reasonable price for a job well done. What a huge relief. Regardless of what it says on the package, don't flush those things. And if you do have a clog, call AJs first.

Chris went above and beyond! He showed up promptly (after hours) and didn't stop until our drains were fixed! He was also very professional, gave us updates as he worked, and was transparent with price as he was working. We will 100% be booking with him again when needed.

Excellent! I woke up to a basement full of sewer water. This is an every couple year issuen for me and I have had numourus companies cut the roots and or pressure jet out of the drain pipe. Pressure jetting is the only way to go!
When I called I got an appointment the first thing the next morning as they were booked for the day. An hour or so later they called back and said they could fit me in in the next 30 minutes! Kaden ( I hope that's his name) came by, was very proffesional and had the roots jetted out in an hour which is much faster than anyone else I have used. They have some serious equipment. After they were done they even email you the video of the drain after it's been cleaned. I highly reccomend AD and will let all my neighbors know about them. Thanks guys.

Kaden Maulsby is as outstanding as any drain cleaner out there! Spokane drains sure hate to see him coming, MARVELOUS work from Kaden. Customer service was through the roof, and had my kitchen sink unclogged in about 20 minutes! Thank you so much Kaden, for everything you do !

Chris was amazing! We had sewage runoff in our yard for a few months and our warranty service was giving us a hard time getting it taken care of. It got to the point where we had to call someone local. Not only did he pick up at 4:30 PM on a Friday evening. He came right out and fixed the problem within an hour. We’re so grateful! Chris cleared out my drain quickly on a weekend. The price was comparable to past work I've had done. Really nice person...I hope I don't have to, but I'd call him again!

First time using Affordable Drains, I highly recommend this company. Chris, the owner, scheduled me in within a day, was here when he said he would, was super friendly and respectful of our home. He got the basement drain cleared quickly, cleaned up, and his price was reasonable compared to others I’ve used, and definitely more reasonable than the bigger corporate guys. Called and got an appointment the same day, and they were able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very fast, efficient, informative and didn't waste any time. Our main line was clogged with tree roots causing the septic to back up in the basement. The main line was snaked out to the street sewer line, and for $100 extra they put a camera down the line to ensure no pipes were collapsed and roots were cleared. All work was done under an hour and for less than $300. I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and they will be our go to from now on.

Chris was super friendly and arrived fast considering it was a Sunday noonish. He stuck with it until he fixed the problem, working in tight less than ideal conditions. He quoted me a price when I first called him and he stuck to that price. Would definitely call again!
