Austin Smith was just great! He figured out the leak and helped me think through what to do next. He was professional, thorough, and kind. He called before he came giving me a time estimate on when he would arrive. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. I would recommend this company, especially Austin to anyone who had leak concerns.

Tammy and her team are incredible. I've used them as well as other American Leak Detections around the region for years and there reports are incredible.

On this particular project they were able to identify a loss of 200,000 Gallons ($3000/mo) that we have been chasing down for the last year.

Had the pleasure of working with ALD recently. Austin was the technician who helped identify the leak and gave clear, helpful advice on the best steps to fix the issue. He did a fantastic job — professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you need a leak detected, don’t hesitate to call these guys first.

Could not rave about Affordable Drains more! We have had our share of issues with our drains. I called for drain maintenance and they were there in MINUTES. They do great work and are so easy/nice to talk to. Highly recommend their services.

Needed my toilet checked because it was not flushing properly. Chris and Kaden showed up on time, were very professional, Kaden did the troubleshoot, checked the sewer clean out but only needed the toilet snaked for a minimal cost. Made another appointment for them to install a new toilet. Highly recommend Affordable Drains!

My husband thought it was a great idea to shove half of an old watermelon down the garbage disposal and he managed to block up the sink line. My son tried to use a snake, but kept hitting something solid...watermelon rind maybe? Based on reviews, I called Affordable Drains and they were able to come over within a couple of hours, assess the issue, and quickly unblock the line with their equipment. They were friendly, professional, and extremely affordable! Highly recommend! Btw, said husband is banned from using the garbage disposal!

Chris and Kaden were so professional and informative! From scheduling the appointment to getting the summary of our inspection, they were prompt and responsive! Kaden came all the way out to Rockford the same day I called. Ended up having it Jetted to clear the Sewer line. He showed me where the breaks and dips were in the line by video camera and locator. Then sent all the info off to multiple sewer repair companies so I can get the best price for replacement. Very affordable compared to everyone else I called. I will definitely use and recommend in the future.
