We don’t carry what you’re asking for… took me about 13 second to find a single pex type check valve. Asked if they had more and the reply was “I didn’t know we even had that one.” Customer service was pretty poor, there are better choices for normal consumers.

Sorry to say, but it's time to stop with the masking requirements of your potential customers. The CDC is already relaxing the rules, yet your front desk lady in the showroom said I had to have one on to go in. I told her most businesses don't say anything so I wasn't wearing one, but because Ferguson is such a large company, they are going to make me wear one. I obliged only because I didn't want to make a scene. I went next door to their parts and will call department. No issues there. Not going to spend the $18,000 for range and hood there and will go to Fred's instead. They don't tell me what to do.

Britni in the showroom was amazing! I had a warranty issue with a American standard part and she reached out to the rep and got me the replacement part I needed. She was very professional and quick!

The level of customer service I've experienced at Ferguson's is rare and exceptional. As an owner/builder with ZERO plumbing experience, I'd been to several general and specialty plumbing supply stores before finding Ferguson, trying to make sure I was on the right track in my approach and materials for a water supply line. They ordered a major component I could not get anywhere locally and had it here overnight. Later, I went back for the other parts. I found that the sales associates have impressive expertise, know their inventory and beyond, understand the project, and aren't afraid to offer solutions. I had a complete, well-studied plan but was told at another place, "I can't tell you how to do it," when all I wanted to know was whether a fitting I planned to use was standard or not. I had an opposite experience with Ferguson Plumbing Supply--shout out to Cleveland. The associate patiently went through my entire plan with me, piece by piece, helped me simplify and improve several sections, got me the right fittings and materials, and even tutored me on how to install a few things. At one point, I showed him a clever component I'd found online but which they did not stock. He agreed it was a good solution for what I was doing, tapped a few keys in his vast suppliers database, and had it on order for me IN SECONDS. When I finally finished my research and placed the order, it was ready within an hour for will call pickup, tidily packed and complete. Now I wish I had more plumbing to do.

They hardly answer their phone. That's ok, I'll give my business to another wholeseller.

Came here to ask questions about problems with a valve in a shower at our lake home. With just a picture and description of problems Jeff very quickly knew the parts and tools needed to do the repair and took a great deal of time describing the proper way to remove and install the new parts. I’m extremely happy with the knowledge given and the ability to get it fixed ourselves without trying to schedule a plumber

I called looking for a Plumbing item for my home. The receptionist went above & beyond to assist me. Due to her beyond exceptional customer service, I am getting taken care by the manufacture free of charge; from the manufacture. I am a Lead Salesman for a Furniture Company and this company has Exceptional Customer Service. I wish I could give more then 5 Stars.

Maybe you should remove the fact that you do not provide ANYTHING to homeowners. I am just glad I did not drive across town to this place based on it's false advertising. The salesman I spoke to over the phone was rude and just kept saying "We don't sell to the public."

I have been to Hajoca twice already. The first time I went too early because I hadn’t even picked out my countertops yet. Then, when I went back to Hajoca, I forgot to bring my samples. They have been extremely patient with me and over the top, friendly and helpful. They have some beautiful options in their showroom and if you can’t find what you are looking for,, you just tell Connor, and he produces it! The last time I was there, he showed me some very amazing, contemporary and unique faucets like I’ve never seen before! Jessica is also very upbeat and helpful and even supplied our tired bodies with a cup of coffee! That’s what I call service! They carry fixtures for price conscious people (like us) all the way up to an $8000 faucet! They even have a display of different showerheads that they can turn on so that you can put your hand underneath to feel.
I am definitely going back there to finish my selections!! I never thought picking out plumbing fixtures would be so fun!

We had two sinks that wouldn't drain with obnoxious odors. Self help measures didn't help.
Ray from Top Dog came, got right to work and fixed everything quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will call them again if (when) we have future plumbing needs.

Our plumber, CJ was the best. Very pleased with how he handled our situation.
He’s responsible, respectful, professional. He kept us informed about his progress in the repair. Of note, CJ was also great at cleaning up his work area.

Ray, the technician was right on it and helped us get the kitchen back up and running.

Ray came out for the second time. He reinstalled a sink, toilet, and plugged the old shower drain. He is extremely knowledgable about his craft and is very professional and kind. I appreciate his help! I hope he gets to go to The Grain Shed at some time this summer!

Ray came out for our slow leak issue. Was polite, knowledgeable, he found the issue quickly and was able to repair quickly as well. I will be using Top Dog for any future repairs.
