I called Five Star yesterday evening and spoke with Jenny who was amazing. She apologized that they were booked solid until Monday and provided me with the name of several other plumbing companies. She booked me for Monday in case I couldn’t get another company any sooner and said she would call me back if they had any cancellations. Jenny called me the next morning and was able to dispatch a plumber out at 8:00am. The plumber, Joe was at my house on time and immediately went to work. Joe cut out and replaced a bad fitting in a challenging location and ensured there were no more leaks. He was extremely polite and professional and cleaned up everything before he left. Great customer service and quality work, all at less than 1/2 the price I was quoted by Goldenseal. I could not be happier with this company and will recommend them to everyone.

Five Star Plumbing is really the best plumbers we have ever dealt with and one of the best businesses we deal with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and always go out of their way to be helpful. Their pricing is utterly fair and we would recommend them without reservation.

I got the chance to work with Flavius, Joe and Brady. They were all extremely kind, timely, personable and knowledgeable. They fixed all issues and did so in fair and respectful manner, thanks also to Jenny in scheduling who was also knowledgeable and quick to help.

These folks are fair in price (noticeably lower than my previous plumbers) and do excellent quality work. They don’t have any hidden diagnostic fee. When they did mention diagnostic fees, it was less than half the price of the original plumber that I hired. These folks were honest and straightforward with me the whole time. They do quality work and take their time to make sure that the plumbing work is solid. I appreciated that they laid blankets on my floors while they worked. They were extremely responsive when I had water issues coming into my basement. They were very willing to work with my Home Warranty situation which is not a smooth process. The other advantage is that they allowed me to use my credit card without charging me an additional fee. I was unable to use my credit card with the original plumbers because they wanted to charge me 3.5% additional on top of their already more expensive service rates. Five Star Plumbing doesn’t ask for Google reviews like the other plumbing service, but their plumbers rely on word of mouth instead of Google reviews. That’s really the way it should be, but if they had more 5 star ratings on Google, others would know about their excellent service. I don’t always leave reviews but since my other review is being seen, I had to leave this one too since I prefer Five Star plumbers and will call them first for any additional plumbing needs I have.

Nate and Brandon were on time, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my ejector pump. Also, very polite/professional throughout the entire job. Price seemed reasonable and came with 30 day warranty if failure reoccurred.

Would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for plumbing expertise.

We think 5 Star Plumbing is amazing! They were very easy to work with. They gave us a fair estimate and worked through the process with our home warranty company. Talking with the guys was a pleasure. They were so polite and took the time to explain things to us. We absolutely loved talking with Jenny in the office, too. She fought for our coverage and always communicated each step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a home warranty service request, and was pretty concerned that it would take forever for a plumber to accept the job since our fourplex is in a rural area. Boy, was I surprised to receive a call from Jenny first thing on a Monday morning, and on a National holiday at that! She dispatched Jeremy and Hunter that same morning! They arrived ahead of schedule and had our water heater assessed and replaced in no time! These guys were professional, cheerful, and a pleasure to work with. In the past we have either not had a plumber return a call, or take weeks to be able to help us out. You can't mess around with water appliances, and especially if you have tenants that depend on you. You deserve more than FIVE stars in my opinion!

Fantastic experience with this team! Everyone from the techs to the receptionists were extremely helpful and great to work with. They worked with our insurance provider (American home shield) and repaired our plumbing issue within days of first contact. We will absolutely be calling Five Star again if we have plumbing needs.

Excellent plumbing company! We’ve had Kyle out twice to our home for leaks: one big and one small. Both times he identified the issue right away, show me exactly what had gone wrong and why, and got it resolved in a timely manner. It could’ve been a real headache but went smoothly, thanks to Five Star Plumbing! I’d recommend them to anyone.

We had to put in a warranty call for some plumbing issues and couldn't be more impressed with our technician Flavius. He was incredibly kind, great sense of humor in finding the main shut off valve, and fixed our issue so quickly. They live up to their name!
