Technician showed up on time, was professional, did not waste time with the project, and cleaned up afterward. When asked about honesty with the customers, he commented about honesty with the company by stating they did not lead customers dishonestly or overprice the work. Very good experience with this company after bad experiences with others… Did what others simply could not. Old house from the 50’s - plumbing and lack there of was a disaster/mystery. Our laundry room is in our basement and the clean out pipes back up almost weekly. We were told by a different company last spring that we did not have a septic tank, but now we know that we do. Chris did an extremely thorough analysis which resulted in us finally getting the answers to why our basement floods, where our dry well is and what drains into it versus what drains into our newly discovered septic tank. Highly recommend and will use their services again!

Mark came to unclog the main water drain. During the process the toilet was busted by their equipment (by accident of course), because they didn’t know there were 2 drains. Mark showed patience and understanding and they replaced our toilet and installed it for free! All said and done it was Saturday night at 10:30pm and he kept his professionalism through and through! For it being what it was we are thankful for their service.

Andre was amazing, knowledgeable and kind. Fixed the leaking sink. I highly recommend him.

We highly recommend Mr Rooter! Kayla called us back very quickly after we requested an appointment online and was very pleasant. We are also very pleased with Andre’s work. He was prompt, reasonably priced, very knowledgable, explained things clearly, and got the work done in a timely manner. His manner was very friendly and easy to work with.

So far all the guys have been great! Andre, Chris, Mark and Brady my father has been having plumbing problems for over a year and we have called in multiple different companies. A river city saying they were going to have to gut our entire house, and we'd have to find a new place to live in charging this. An outrageous price, we called Mr. Reuter and Andre came in and found the exact problem. And has given us a price and already started working to fix the problem. I am very grateful and happy for the work they are doing, and I would highly recommend them to anybody

Andre came out to fix our front yard water spigot because the previous owner of our home just welded the pipe when it cracked and over time it started leaking again. He did a great job and in a timely manner. Definitely going to recommend them to everyone!

Andre was excellent and there wasn't upcharged for coming in on a Sunday. Plenty of options were available that could fit any budget.

I personally have used Mr Rooter several times and they are awesome. Rob and Michael came out today and knocked out a hot water heater replacement in a few hours. Both were really professional, gave excellent advice and were a pleasure to be around. I was extremely appreciative of getting same day service since the water heater went out. Would recommend Mr Rooter and these gentleman any time.

Nothing but great service from Mr.Rooter! Michael was a pleasure to deal with. He was very polite and showed up quickly when our basement was flooded by another contractor. Will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.
