My mom needed a new hot water tank and the team at tactical plumbing came through with expert service and a high quality tank. They had to pump out the old tank because there was no floor drain. Not an issue for them. Old tank out, new tank in and my mom is very happy. I highly recommend Tactical plumbing and will be a customer for life. Thank you!

I have been struggling with trying to get my bathtub and sink to drain properly for weeks! One call to Chris, and his associate Sam was out the following Monday, I scheduled on a Friday. He was just suppose to assess the issue, but instead he fixed it completely! He even fixed a separate but connected issue that I hadn't even mentioned on the phone. They were quick, clean and efficient! I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Tactical Plumbing. Sam was awsome, efficient and knowledgeable. He had our old toilet pulled out and brand new toilet installed in no time. David was able to set us up for an appointment that worked around my schedule. 5 star for sure.

Gave em a call and they were out within 30 minutes. Turns out most of the repairs we needed were easy, but the kitchen sink had a thermometer in the garbage disposal left there by the previous owners. Levi was able to diagnose within 5 minutes of being there and we got taken care of completely within an hour.

As an added bonus, Levi serenaded us to the soundtrack of The Little Mermaid while my daughter was watching it. 10/10 would have Levi out again

Our company has been working on a large scale project at Grand Coulee Dam with the help of Professional Piping. The PPI team has knocked it out of the park with service and professionalism! Although not a complicated project, the schedule, organization, and expectations have been high. PPI has been amazing to work with, we will be including them on future projects for sure!

3 stars for great service and professionalism from the moment I called, 4th star for employee longevity, and 5th star for treating their employees well including a living wage.
I needed a leaking drain pipe replaced in my 120 year old home. While here, we discussed replacing some other old restricted pipes that were posing a challenge to me to do the plumbing myself(mixed fittings and pipe matterals). Jim is an amazing plumber, he was able to take care of all the things I wanted in one day. Water back on in my house, and all working great. Thanks Local 44 for the referral.
