Great experience! So rare these days to have someone actually answer the phone. Customer service exceeded my expectations. Work was completed on time and within the cost estimate. I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, give Kris at The Bright Side a call. He’s awesome!!

They were very professional and kept us informed as the process took 2 days to complete for the amount of moss we had.
Cleaned up after which we appreciated very much. I
would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I called for a quote to plow The parking lot of the isaac foundation. They are nonprofit that helps children and families who are touched by autism. That being said, I was given the quote however, I was told that they would be doing it at no charge. That they just wanted to do it for them and the family's they serve. They did an excellent job. They were fast and Efficient. Please consider them for any plowing needs pressure washing, holiday light hanging And so much more. I am so grateful for their kindness. My heart is full!

Bright Side did a fantastic job clearing pine needles from our roof — they came quickly, took great care and answered all our questions about roof care and maintenance in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Book if you want clean windows!!!! I was cleaning the interior of a home and Kris truly did an excellent job cleaning the interior and exterior of the windows. I’m someone who pays attention to detail so being able to see clearly through the windows made me feel happy that the home owner was paying for quality work!

The Bright Side is a well run business with many years of experience. Gutter cleaning, soft washing of your home, and holiday lights are just a few of the services they can handle. We were very pleased with the results of their work and highly recommend them.

Communications were excellent regarding appointment time, and adjusted arrival time. Kris did a great job washing our windows, as we have a lot. We had him do inside and outside. Very personable. Thank you.

Kirk did a very nice job with my exterior windows. I was very pleased with the results. In fact, I asked him to put me on his schedule for future cleanings.
I highly recommend Bright Side, far superior to the last company who attempted to clean my windows.

The Bright Side is 10/10! I was so lucky to meet the whole team when they came to work on our house recently and was blown away at how kind and amazing they are! Not only does the house and windows look 10x times better than before but I see why the services are so valuable and needed.

Can’t wait to have them back!

Excellent service. My gutters have never looked so good. Great cleaning up after the fact. Chris was very personable and very professional and the scheduler made the whole process so easy. Will schedule in Spring for roof (moss) treatment and window cleaning.

Outstanding work and communication up to the day of the service was a 10.0. We had multiple quotes from other companies while he was right with all of them it was not about cost as much as not playing all the sale discount games.

They did a fabulous job on my windows. Had great communication and were very professional. Highly recommend them.

This company is owned and run by a very pleasant husband and wife team. This is my second year using their services. The attention they payed to my home and needs was exceptional. My appointment was easy to make and my wait for service was minimal. Contact was made prior to arrival both for confirmation and questions. The appointment occurred on time. My job was expertly appraised on site. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. Invoicing and payment is easy and secure. I highly recommend The Bright Side and I intend to use them again next year.

Amazing job! I loved how my windows turned out. Chris even worked around my clients to get my mirrors clean at my salon. Very accommodating! Would highly recommend. Thank you again!
