Reviews of local pros in Spokane, Washington

Bright Side beats/meets expectations. He gets the job done quickly and done well. He cleans the windows one by one. I've had a company that used my garden hose and water and just sprayed the windows. Didn't wipe sills or any extra effort. And charged atrocious fees! Nothing like a good, old fashioned window washer that gets the job done right. He even cleaned the screen on my sliding door! Couldn't ask for a better service!

The Brightside Spokane is great to work with! They helped us out with snow removal this winter for two of my businesses and were super reliable and efficient. We also had them put up Christmas lights, and they looked amazing—completely hassle-free on our end.

The team is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend them for any seasonal or year-round services!

We purchased a home last fall and had Bright Side clean the gutters, the roof and treated and removed moss from the roof. They were professional, did a great job at a reasonable price. We were really satisfied. I just had them out again to address a clogged gutter on a flat roof. They responded quickly, removing an old wasp nest that caused the obstruction - above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job on my whole roof, you can already see the results thank you so much

I highly recommend The Brightside Spokane! They put up our Christmas lights and the results are fabulous. Their service was super responsive and quick. We emailed them for a quote and I had it right away. Very communicative. Our lights were put up three days later! We picked a creative color idea and they did it perfectly. They will install and then take them down to store. The lights are on a sensor and come on from dusk until dawn. Everything was so easy and we don’t have to worry about anything. We couldn’t be happier!

Kris did a superb job! He’s professional, personable and efficient. I highly recommend him. I could add a picture but you wouldn’t see anything. My windows are so perfectly clean, they are invisible.

The tech from The Bright Side did an awesome job cleaning our windows. He was communicative, showed up on time and was very thorough. Highly recommend!

Kris was both very thorough and polite. He did an amazing job on my windows, screens and solar panels. He even got most the calcium off the lower windows from the sprinklers that no one could before in the past 3 1/2years of owning this home. Myself included, and I tried everything. We are very pleased. My windows have never looked so clean!

We are extremely happy with how our patio turned out. Chris was so easy and professional to get a quote from, schedule with and have her at the house. Our patio, counters and metal work had layers of dust, dirt and pollen built up from never being professionally cleaned. It is sparkling now🙌🏼. He went above and beyond with his work.
Highly recommend!

The Brightside team did a fantastic job cleaning our exterior windows, gutters, and roof. They worked extremely hard and were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend them for any of your cleaning / pressure washing needs. Their price was also much cheaper than the competition. Thanks Kris & the team!

I have used Kris and The Bright Side team for several things on my home (Christmas Light install, washing the exterior, and window cleaning) - and have been blown away each time. Their professionalism, kindness, and fantastic work are second to none. I can't recommend them enough to anyone in Spokane looking to make the outside of their home truly sparkle and shine!

On the hottest day of the summer, the Bright Side came to clean out our gutters and wash both Interior and Exterior windows. What a high quality experience! All gutter debris was cleaned up and removed. Our technician even got on the roof to blow off a LOT of pine needles that had collected. The windows are amazingly clean and such a great refresh for our home. I highly recommend them! I will for sure have them back again.

Kris was great.. on time./early with a call to see if it was OK. Professional. He cheerfully redid a window because the window was so clean a bird tried to go through the house. Splat, feathers on the newly cleaned window!. This was a bit of an urgent situation for a friend and Kris worked the job in on a horribly hot day. We would use Kris and The Bright Side again! And would recommend highly.

Kris is a hard worker! He is skilled and knowledgeable in his various industries. There isn’t anyone else i would trust to do our holiday Lights, concrete cleaning, and building washing; you’re lucky to have found these folks.

Quick & easy!! Great service!! Removed all of our moss with 1 treatment!

We had Bright Side come out and clean our dumpster and grease dumpster areas. We have been open for a little over 4 years and the grime had built up. It took them a couple visits to get it done but it looks great. Thank you Kris. Amazing Job!

Chris did our gutter clean out.
Not only was he quick and courteous, he helped me with a detached gutter and a few other things we needed help with.
God Forever Bless You and Yours Chris.
