Reviews of local pros in Spokane, Washington

David is so great to work with; he is so kind and has a very good attitude. He came back two times to help us out on a couple of issues after the installation was done. I would highly recommend this company!

They were able to get me in the schedule within a week. They were affordable and prompt. I loved that I didn't need to be home while they worked. Will be using them again next year.

Absolutely perfect, timely response, got gutters installed within less than a week of the estimate! Even sooner than even expected! Came to do the estimate within less than an hour of my 1st call to him! 100% recommend!!

I can't recommend this company enough! Great gutters, wonderful price and a hard-working crew that showed up when they said they would, and worked until the job was done. I will use them if I ever need gutters again, or installed on a different house.

I had gutters installed on a new barn and indoor arena.

Exceptional service, excellent quality work and materials, and yet the best prices in Spokane.

Loved working with this company and highly recommend them!

NW Gutter King did an amazing job! they were available within a reasonable time to complete the job, fair price and were open to on the spot changes. The house looks great with the new gutters I would recommend them to anyone who needs gutters!!

I went to a home and garden show in Pasco and filled out a quote card for a couple rain gutter companies. Northwest gutter king was prompt with their quote and had an unbelievable price plus 15 year warranty. The owner scheduled a day to meet so we could go over color cards to match the trim. He showed up on the scheduled day and had the continuous gutters installed in about 3.5hrs. There were no hidden costs, and the gutters looks great!

The owner, David, was very quick to respond to my inquiry with a reasonable quote. I didn't call him back to follow up on the quote and schedule the gutter replacement service for nearly a year, and was somewhat surprised when he never tried to raise the price from the original quote. He came to our house about a week before install so we could choose the color we wanted the seamless gutters to be to ensure consistency with the paint of the roof's fascia. On the date of installation, he and the other member of his team showed up on time, replaced my old gutters with the new ones and hauled away the old. David said that if I had any issues whatsoever, just to give him a call and he'd come right out to address it. My house looks so much better with the new gutters. I can recommend David and his team at Northwest Gutter King.

Great all around! Super easy to get an estimate and the gutters were installed within a few days. They look awesome and work great!

Gutter King has done Gutters and concrete edging for me. He has very competitive rates, they are very pleasant to work with, his workers are on time and very professional. He is one of the very few contractors I have used, that clean the job site so well, you would not even know he was here. His gutters look and work fantastically, the concrete edging is perfect and makes mowing so much easier. I called two to three other contractors and you can't even get anybody to show up and give you a bid. I highly recommend Gutter King.

I had David install rain gutters on the front side of my house back in 2018. The price, quality, and service were all exceptional. When I was ready to add gutters to the back of my house this year, I contacted the Gutter King, hoping he was still around. To my surprise, David answered the phone, remembered me, and did the installation on the back of my house. Same high-quality experience as before. You'd be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable, honest, fair, quality rain gutter company in the area - I guess that's why they call him the Gutter KING!

They installed new gutters and mesh screens on my house this month. Prices were reasonable and competitive with other companies but their family business approach and quick & flexible scheduling sealed the deal. Work was done quickly and efficiently and the end result looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Northwest Gutter King did an excellent job at replacing all of our gutters. They look fantastic and we got scheduled quickly. I got three bids on the job and am very happy I went with this company. Northwest Gutter King had a fair price and didn’t try to up sell us on anything. Thanks David!

David did great work on my gutters. He was quick to provide an estimate and schedule an installation. His prices are more than fair for the high quality, and I’ll ask him back for future projects.

It took at least 3 days before being contacted by them about my inquiry and then after making an appointment they NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED! I wish I could give zero stars. Seriously disappointed!

Great business! They do a thorough job cleaning and sanitizing dryer vents!

Wonderful job done by Spokane Dryer Vent Cleaning. Riverside at Coyote Rock has 72 apartment homes serviced by you. The work was efficient and done promptly. We look forward to working with you again next year!!!!

Fabian did a fantastic job on our house. We had the roof moss cleaned, windows cleaned, whole house washed and gutters cleaned. The gutters look brand new and the whole house is so refreshed. He was on time, efficient and a very hard worker. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Fabian was amazing. He really spent the time to go over everything that he was going to do. He even sends before and after pictures! I would definitely hire Fabian again!

Fabian and his crew trimmed our trees. Did an excellent job. I also had them tackle the task of pressure washing our house.and cleaning the gutters that hadn't been done in years. They both look amazing. He keeper in contact with me with photos and pointed out a few issues that needed to be taken care of. Thank you Fabian for the great service.

Fabian pays great attention to detail. He is very thorough and a very hard worker. He has a keen knowledge of roofing and knows exactly how to treat your roof and gutters with the best care to extend their life and maintain increased performance. My roof was scrubbed with a brush to remove the moss. A moss treatment was then sprayed to continue killing the moss that had grown under the shingles and could not be brushed off. My gutters were power washed. I had tons of moss and mud in my gutters and it was all completely removed. My house siding and windows were then power washed to remove all debris that had fallen from the roof onto the house . This was a very extensive and time consuming job. Fabian is very reasonably priced and he provides the best quality of customer service. I highly recommend Extreme Clean Spokane.
