Technicians were extremely professional and efficient. The part was replaced, and all is working well. In addition, a cleaning was performed on our request. The heat pump looks brand new. With this company, we always know we’re in good hands. Thank you so much.

My husband and I had a new heat pump installed this week. Our old one was over 20 years old and was inefficient. Wayne from Dr Cool came out and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and not pushy. We spent several hours discussing the Daikin system. Financing was simple and we got scheduled to install within days. The crew, Todd, David,and Anthony showed up right on time. They were professional but friendly and kept us up to date on the progress. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I can't say enough nice things about this company. They were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them for any repairs, maintenance or a new unit, to give this company a call. They are locally owned.

At 5 times the price you would expect a little proffessionalism from a company. They took advantage of my mother-in-law and used her gullability to way over charge to the tune of 5x what every other company quoted her and then left her with a dangerous nest of wires hanging outside the unit. They then charged her even more money to have someone come out and make it look "pretty" instead of doing it right. Save yourself a ton of money and get a real professional to do it right the first time!

We very recently had a new electric hot water heater installed by Dr. Cool, Inc. We chose to do business with This local, family owned company for 2 reasons: #1 - We are a return customer, having had Dr. Cool install a new HVAC system 5 years ago
#2 - Out of 4 estimates for a new water heater in our manufactured home, Dr. Cool was the most reasonable. Mark Clanton came to our home, spent considerable time and patience with us in presenting the cost estimate. He was able to give us a return customer discount as well as a military veteran discount on behalf of my husband. On installation day Todd arrived on time followed by technicians David and Sarah. All 3 of these individuals worked tirelessly, going above and beyond with the installation process which took several hours. In addition to their technical expertise, they were personable, patient, and communicative the entire day. As senior adults, now in our 80s, we highly recommend doing business with Dr. Cool.

Fantastic company to work with. My dad originally had his furnace replaced by them so when I needed a new one for my rental I went with these guys. I can remember the guys name who came out but he was very friendly, low pressure and they came in much lower on the bid than the other company who quoted me. I also received an additional discount since my father referred me. I was very happy with the install and price. My in-laws recently needed a new furnace and asked for recommendations. I told them how great Dr. Cool is and they got a bid from them as one of the several they sought out. Dr. Cool came in significantly lower than the others and they have also been very happy with their install. My in-laws also got a discount for being referred. A few days ago unexpectedly I received a check in the mail for 50.00 for referring my in-laws. Referral bonus aside, these guys are just all around awesome. I wish more companies operated like them. Be sure to at least get a bid from them should you need service.

I recently had a heat pump installed in my house and I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the entire process and results. The team that handle the installation was absolutely outstanding and the heat pump itself has transformed the comfort and energy efficiency of my home. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Have purchased both heat pump/furnace and tankless water heater from these people in the last 5-6 years. They were very responsive until about 2 months ago when they suddenly didn’t show for a scheduled maintenance - no call, no show and won’t answer phone calls. Just moving on to another provider and you may want to consider not even calling them in the first place. We now use Mercurio and they actually show up!

Awesome people. Called and they were there the next day to give me an honest quote. 3 days later my new heat pump was installed and I wasn't freezing. I would recommend them to anyone. Can't say enough about how nice, carrying, and professional they are.

Just saying, I like the techs that work here and have had better experiences. You will get professional work done, just a little out of my price range

They are very friendly on the phone and when they arrived at my home. They came in a timely manner and were very professional. They did a wonderful job and it took them no time at all. They also double checked before leaving to see if I needed anything else done.

We have been working with this company for a few years so far and will always get their opinion and expertise every time something goes wrong with our heater or AC or water boiler, all three of these things throughout the years stopped working for us and they’ve always fixed it quick, and we haven’t had any problems with them since, every time they were polite, and professional. We had Isay Sherbanuk every time we had anything wrong and he definitely knows what he’s doing. We will be contacting and recommending them in the future. We are very satisfied with this business.

I am a general contractor. All my projects are done by this company and I am very pleased with their communication, prices, and quality of work. I had installed with them new units, repaired old ones, and called them for numerous times for regular check ups and seasonal maintenance. Very satisfied. Their worker Isay Shcherbanyuk should get raise in salary for the quality of work this man performs. AAA+++. Highly recommend.

I have had Dick’s servicing & replacing equipment over the past 5 years in a previously owned home. Seems all the HVAC equipment went out when I became the new owner. The previous owner had been using Dick’s. Since I am a Senior widow & a mechanical idiot, I have continued with them. They have great, knowledgeable service people, excellent equipment & service ( I have had to replace most of it.) The only problem I have had was when the old Heat Pump went out ((from previous owner) in the dead of winter & took over a month to get new one (not their fault) & had to stay in bed most of month as house was freezing. But all of their new equipment (has cost a fortune) works well & they service it yearly.

We had one of their techs, Roland, help us with replacing our 25 year old heater that was breaking down. He carefully reviewed what we wanted the new furnace to do, measured the air flow and cooling system we wanted to add, and provided us with 3 different options. We chose the Coleman heater and heat pump option. It's been 3 years now and we are very happy with the system. The air flow is fantastic. The annual maintenance assures us that our system is always ready to go.

They were very responsive and got my system replaced for a fair price in just a couple weeks. All work was completed in less than one day with a complete team that was very experienced and professional.

Dick’s has been maintaining my furnace for almost a decade. They contacted me for my annual inspection. The technicians came on time and ready to go. He was quick, knowledgeable, and offered information on my furnace to help me keep it maintained. You can’t beat their service!

I have had two visits recently. One was a regular annual maintenance where Raymond and Randall did a great job! They were polite, prompt, and professional. They handled changing the media filter in my furnace and checking everything out with ease and aplomb! This is no easy feat since my furnace is under my house in a crawlspace! It's hard to have anything good under there, especially aplomb! All this is even more significant because although fully trained and experienced....these were young men! It gave me hope to see such professionalism in our youth! Great job, guys! My other visit was with Edgar, who was delightful and seemed not too much older than Raymond but wears the vest of experience well! He was helpful with information about the needed part and helpful with his experience because he suspected what it might have been based on the problem we were having....and he was right! He was thorough and proactive; he was efficient and very professional. What a great job he did being the furnace professional I needed on my birthday when the heat was stuck on!!!! Complete heat pump system completed in one day. The area where the outdoor unit had to be installed was soft and needed a lot of gravel to support it and they took care of all the details to make it work. The installation crew was well coordinated for all of the electrical, furnace, outdoor installation and under the house work that needed to be done. I would recommend Dick’s to anyone interested in having this work done.
