I used this company to unclog my bathtub. Very positive experience. I was able to get an appt for the next day, but they ended up being able to fit me in same day and my problem was fixed within two hours of placing the call. Fast, polite, and professional. Great service!

Eric and Fred were prompt, knowledgeable, and did quality work. We had two valves and two toilets replaced. Very happy with how everything turned out.

I called on a Friday afternoon with a plumbing leak at a rental that had the tenants out of water. Erik dropped everything and was on his way in a matter of minutes and get them up and going in no time. I have been in real estate for 20 years and am always looing for great contractors. Erik is amazing. I have lived in Renton for 5 years and have worked with three different plumbers. I will be calling Erik again, he is honest, kind, and professional. Erik is now who I call for all plumbing needs and he has referrals for work he doesn't perform.

Quite pleased with the service. Had a blockage in the pipe the kitchen sink drains into, but farther down the line and I didn't have the tools to reach it. Erik and Fred came in less than an hour and took care of it. Price was reasonable. His card is now on my fridge. Will use again, if needed.

Riser was amazing! They came next day (though also offered me same day service), and were able to quickly solve the issue with my toilet. In addition they gave me some tips and advice for things to watch in newer build homes. Very appreciative!!

Erik came in to give an estimate as my water pressure significantly declined over the past two months. He gave me a quote upon diagnosing the problem and thankfully had time to fix it same day. Within the two hours he replaced my valve tested to make sure it was corrected and informed me what steps I need to do moving forward to prevent another issue from occurring. Will be contacting him for all future plumbing needs!

Erik was prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had my issue fixed within 15 minutes! He had parts on hand and ready to go. I will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to any and everyone !!!

Eric came out and was a ninja unclogging my main drain line from our ADU- found the problem fast, he knew exactly how to handle it and made quick work of it! I called Riser because we had an emergency, our water heater sprung a leak. Eric was at our place in roughly an hour. Took care of the repair and got us back to good. Bottom line, he is a local plumber so has great reviews, and he is now our go to plumber.

Erik came out quickly after easy scheduling. He was friendly and professional. After fixing my leaky shower faucet, he noticed that my kitchen sink was not flowing well and cleaned out the filter without being asked. It's little things like that which make me happy to call on him again when another problem arises.

Got their name thru another source. Erik got back to me w/in 4 min to schedule my simple repair (difficult for me). Arrived on time and repaired my old leaky faucet. Gave a price for a newer unit should I want one, but said the repair is holding and should do the trick. Said the repair was so simple didn’t want to charge me. I hope Erik is the owner as I don’t want him to get in trouble. Felt bad and gave him a few bucks to buy lunch. In this day and age, I don’t think I’ve experienced such a nice jester. They will be the first call for any plumbing I ever have. Thank you Erik.
