Reviews of local pros in Sumner, Washington

Steve was wonderful. Very informative with Great communication. We had a time crunch to get the new heating and A/C units installed. They came through and even went above and beyond the project description. They cut down an overgrown kiwi vine to give our unit enough room. These guys are punctual, thorough, respectful and clean. It was our pleasure to feed to crew Dirty Dave's Pizza. We recommend them for any heating and cooling products/system/service.

Had a new hot water heater & duct work repair. They showed up on time. Made sure everything was working properly. They were respectful of my home. All is good.
Thank you so much Dicks Heating

I had a really great experience with Dick’s Heating & A/C out of Sumner. Edgar, the technician who assisted me, was extremely professional and thorough. My heating unit hadn’t been looked at since 2019, and he gave me really solid advice on whether to replace parts or just go ahead and replace the whole unit. Thanks to his guidance, I’m opting for a full replacement, and they even gave me a great discount when I bundled it with duct cleaning. Overall, a really enjoyable and smooth experience. Highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Dick’s Heating & Cooling for more than 20 years, and their service has consistently been exceptional. The team is always professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to rely on their expertise for my annual furnace maintenance and any future repairs.
