AWFUL service and customer service. Furnace went out and they came to "fix" it. Did not fix it because it went out after couple hours again. I called them to see when the next time they would be able to come fix it was, but it wasnt until days later and it was FREEZING in the home. We got it fixed by family and has been working perfectly fine for a month now. Called them for a refund when it happened and they said a manager would get back to me and they never did. Terrible. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

Clay came out to give us a free quote and was awesome! He was able to fix our dryer vent same day, he helped pull our dryer out and set everything back up. 10/10 will use them again!

This company is amazing. Not only was their price great, it included annual care for a long time (I can't remember how many years). My new furnace feels loved and I thank you. These guys are so great, call them!

Great service and fair pricing. Called Wednesday, and estimate on Thursday. Following Monday old furnace removal, new heater, and new AC system installed. Super accommodating with my family and dogs. Ask for Edgar! Will be a repeat customer.

We had a side discharge A/C installed yesterday. The crew was great. I was impressed with them all. They even went above and beyond and cleaned our furnace! (Our home is new construction and it was filled with paint chips and sheet rock debris). The office staff is also very professional and pleasant on the phone, and scheduling was quick and convenient. Overall, I’m pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend to family and friends.

We had this company replace our furnace and AC units and couldn’t be happier. The team that did the work was extremely professional and knowledgeable. This was a project that basically took an entire day to accomplish and it was clear that the installers new exactly what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs furnace or AC work. Our new high-efficiency system works better than our old system ever did. Great company and a great team of technicians.

Third time in 26 years I’ve used them. I was able to call on a Sunday and have a technician at my house Monday morning. Their crew is friendly, polite and hard workers. Would recommend them to anyone.

Per technician, they don’t service Bryant and don’t know what to do with it. We called cos our furnace is not working. He came out same day which is nice but didn’t see what’s wrong. We paid for the diagnostic $69 plus tax. Next day no heat again, called them again and he came out again and asked us to call Bobs cos they installed our Bryant furnace and can’t fix it

Woke up to a freezing cold house. Looked up and reviewed quite a few different companies. Dick’s Heating responded to me quickly on a Saturday. Their tech Brian was timely, knowledgable and found then fixed the problem in approx 5 minutes. $77.00 was a great price to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! Their service fee is low. Their techs are very knowledgeable. I love that they charge by the job-not the hour. Their prices are competitive, and they are very good to explain problems and give you options for fixing or replacing. We've used them and been on their yearly maintenance plan for nearly 20 years. Highly recommend!

Initial quoted $600 then changed bid when came out 2nd time. New bid $2400. Customer service was terrible. Sarcastic and laughing at me on the phone. Stay away from their flat fee pricing. Provides them a way to over charge.

I've been with Dicks Heating and Air Conditioning for about 23 years. Over the years, we and I have had great, dependable service. The service men, especially the one, Will, who completed my service today, is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of my systems. The Office staff are always friendly and helpful. On a hot day with short notice My tech Joel and Ryan came out to assit me with my older Carrier unit and figured out the problem within 5-10min provided a lot of useful information regarding my aging system and we're very professional I would highly recommend this company and crew

Outstanding service! We are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the trouble shooting of our old furnace and its replacement with a new one. Every step - from the initial phone call to the guys cleaning up when they were done - was fantastic. Our furnace quit, so they were here within hours to try to fix it. They clearly explained what was wrong and our various options. We chose a new furnace and it was immediately ordered. The installation team was amazing: prompt, on-time, efficient, professional and friendly. The cost too was very reasonable.
We highly recommend Dick’s. They have been our go-to furnace fold for almost thirty years!

This business is superb! Every employee I spoke with during the replacement of my furnace and installation of air conditioning was great, friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained clearly, patient. They came out when they said they would, worked with my HOA to complete it as necessary. They were great with my 90 year-old mother who lives with me. The quote was very reasonable and they did the work as stated. I will continue to work with them yearly as they maintain my new equipment. Highly recommend!

Our heat pump, only two years old, stopped working. The company that installed it is out of business. We called Dick's and they sent Edgar out. He diagnosed the problem and found the part was under warranty thru the manufacturer saving us money. He set the unit to heat on aux until the parts arrived. Today he returned and I was glad it was the same tech. He quickly repaired the heat pump, tested the system and even completed an annual inspection which we have signed on for as the old company did not have that option. I have no problem highly recommending this company and thanking Edgar for his professionalism. You have a new customer.

I had Dicks replace my 28yo gas furnace and also install a new heat pump. (Dual Fuel System). My initial contact was with Edgar who provided a quote on the spot. It was competitive and I felt like Edgar was knowledgeable and honest. I procrastinated and didn’t hire them for 3 months after the bid. They honored the original bid and scheduled me for the end of the following week. A five-man crew showed up including Edgar on time as arranged. They started at 9 and finished by 4pm. They cleaned up the worksite. They were polite and responsive to questions as the job progressed.
All in all, it was a very positive experience. The system is working well with zero issues. Their communications and responses were stellar.

I left this review which was meant for the Sumner location, on the Wenatchee review page by accident. It would seem that Wenatchee crew do not check on their reviews often but when they did they had this to say. "As much as I would love to take the credit for this wonderful review - I think it may be meant for the Dick's Heating on the West side - we are in Wenatchee".

I am therefore leaving this well deserved review on the correct page at last.

Dicks Heating and A/C in Sumner is 'Customer Service' at its best. We used them for a furnace fix through our home and appliance warranty at the time. After their visit they offered a yearly maintenance plan which was reasonably priced and after so many years of paying for this service, they said they would come check the furnace out free of charge for the continued life of that furnace and replace (at our cost and purchase) new filters. They kept their word. For a number of years, they continued with that yearly visit until we sold our property and moved. When I rang to inform that they we no longer needed them to keep to the yearly commitment they made, they told me that when we purchased a new property, as long as it was in their area, that they would commit to continuing to service our new furnace (for its life) free of charge again. This company is professionalism at its best as they are about the only company that we have dealt with that put the customer first and foremost. Kudos to them!

Really appreciate Dick’s Employees. They went above and beyond to get the job done. We just moved into a home and the whole heating system needed replacing. Our sidewalks needed clearing but we ran out of time. To get new heat pump in 1 of the workers cleared the sidewalk for us. Looked like he has done that before and we actually learned something. Everyone was professional and helpful. They made sure we were satisfied and had a system we wouldn’t regret. We recommend them highly and are very grateful for them.
