We had a great experience with Tapps from start to finish! Their team who does the phone scheduling is super helpful and friendly. The electrician David who came out was fantastic as well- he was professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job installing some outdoor lights on our home! On top of everything Tapps was priced very fairly. We are super pleased with our experience with Tapps and David, and would definitely recommend them!

Aidan came out today to install our temporary power pole and did an excellent job. He was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Really appreciate the great service — highly recommend!

Your technician, Aiden, arrived on time for our appointment. He surveyed what needed to be done to install an outlet for a new oven in my kitchen. He went right to work and in no time the job was done. I would be happy to recommend Tapps Electric to future customers.

Aidan, from Tapps Electric, did a great job installing my EV charger. I had several companies (all certified Tesla installers that I found on the Tesla website) come out for a quote and definitely got the best vibes from Tapps. Aidan was patient in explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. He also got the job done rather quickly, which was nice. He was on time and curious and he did not pressure me (as other companies did). 5 stars for Aidan and Tapps Electric!

We had Jacob and Joe work on two bathroom renovations, completing all the new electrical work. We were so delighted with the job they did, we hired them to complete new lighting in the rest of our home. They helped us establish what type of lighting to get, where to place the new lighting, how to set up convenient switches and more. The day of installation, they spent time reviewing what we ordered and deciding on exact placement of the lighting to meet our needs. They were precise on the placement. Before they started work, they completely covered and protected surrounding cabinets, furniture and rugs. They make a very efficient team and are easy to talk to. We recommend them highly.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Cool. Their technicians were punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable. They installed my Daikin FIT Heat Pump and Air Handler quickly and my house has the perfect even temperature and is comfortable. I appreciate their professionalism and we highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Great job!

Absolutely horrific, in the summer, A/C would blow heat on the hottest days. In the winter, the fan goes in and out. Brand new heat pump and furnace. Installed incorrectly and after 4 trips out, still not working consistently. It takes days, if not weeks to get them out, and cannot get it to work. It's been several months, still not working.

They are so responsive, even coming out on a Sunday for us because we had no heat. They’re efficient, nice, and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine ever calling someone else if we need heat/AC help!

I would steer well clear of this company. Cummings and Hunts both came out, walked the house and I told them what I wanted. Both rep's told me they would go back, talk to the hvac guys and send me a quote. Dr Cool's rep arrived on site and almost immediately asked "how much are you looking to spend on this?". After walking the house, he told me "you're probably looking at $24,000" When I asked why he explained that I had several runs and they would all need to be replaced. When I told him I did not want them replaced he said that if I only wanted them repaired he said he could probably get it down to $12000. I asked him to send me a quote which he never did, I guess he could tell there was no way I was going for this. By way of comparison, the other 2 quotes I got were both for around $5k. My guess is they looked at the neighborhood and jacked my price up to see if I would go for it. These guys give me the same vibe as used car salesmen. Again, steer clear, they are clearly unscrupulous.

Always provide excellent service it's amazing how quickly and efficiently they come out to care for our properties. As a property manager we depend on them then there is a time line by law. They always are timely and keep us with in the time line we need. Tha k you for always being amazing. I have even used them in my own house.
