Quick and Clean! Came in and installed a new heat pump in 1 day! Great communication and service throughout the process.

Had a new Heat Pump installed a several years ago was happy with the installation everything was as promised. This last January needed to be serviced which was done in a prompt manner.
There was a little confusion on billing do to the email process but after talking to Wayne the owner it was resolved very quickly.

I very seldom leave reviews but I’m so happy that Dr. Cool recommended the Daikin Fit inverter heat pump system and here’s why:

After having our Daikin Fit inverter heat pump for a while I’m absolutely amazed how well it maintain temperature and the comfort of our home is amazing. It is so quiet it is hard to believe!
This is one of the best decisions my wife and I have made. It is cost effective and keeps our home so comfortable!
I would recommend the Daikin Fit system with NO RESERVATION. 😊

Nick and David were very professional installing my Air Condition. They went out of their way answering all questions I had making sure I knew everything about the system. The Air Condition is great. The company is great to work with. I recommend them.

Todd from Dr. Cool helped us reveal an issue with our circuit breaker panel by running diagnostics on our AC unit. Todd even returned another day and patiently waited for our separate electrical vendor to arrive so he could eliminate any other variables. I called around several competitors for someone to repair my heating return duct ASAP, and Dr. Cool responded the quickest. They came out the next day and completed a fantastic job at reasonable price. I highly recommend Dr. Cool. David is the best!

I ordered an air filter for my unit and it was due to arrive the next day to no avail. I called the following day and a service technician delivered the filter to my home and offered to replace the dirty one with the new one. Fantastic experience with Dr. Cool. From the quoting process, to price, to quality of work to quick response. Had them replace my heatpump and furnace summer 2019. Winter 2020 the blower motor failed under warranty, Dr. Cool came out and had it replaced in 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time I called my system was broken, back to a heated home. Couldn't be a happier customer.

The company has changed ownership/employees and are now rude sales people who will talk over you.
As others have said they will take advantage of you and try to upsell you a furnace replacement! Go somewhere else.

Technicians were extremely professional and efficient. The part was replaced, and all is working well. In addition, a cleaning was performed on our request. The heat pump looks brand new. With this company, we always know we’re in good hands. Thank you so much.

My husband and I had a new heat pump installed this week. Our old one was over 20 years old and was inefficient. Wayne from Dr Cool came out and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and not pushy. We spent several hours discussing the Daikin system. Financing was simple and we got scheduled to install within days. The crew, Todd, David,and Anthony showed up right on time. They were professional but friendly and kept us up to date on the progress. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I can't say enough nice things about this company. They were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them for any repairs, maintenance or a new unit, to give this company a call. They are locally owned.

At 5 times the price you would expect a little proffessionalism from a company. They took advantage of my mother-in-law and used her gullability to way over charge to the tune of 5x what every other company quoted her and then left her with a dangerous nest of wires hanging outside the unit. They then charged her even more money to have someone come out and make it look "pretty" instead of doing it right. Save yourself a ton of money and get a real professional to do it right the first time!

We very recently had a new electric hot water heater installed by Dr. Cool, Inc. We chose to do business with This local, family owned company for 2 reasons: #1 - We are a return customer, having had Dr. Cool install a new HVAC system 5 years ago
#2 - Out of 4 estimates for a new water heater in our manufactured home, Dr. Cool was the most reasonable. Mark Clanton came to our home, spent considerable time and patience with us in presenting the cost estimate. He was able to give us a return customer discount as well as a military veteran discount on behalf of my husband. On installation day Todd arrived on time followed by technicians David and Sarah. All 3 of these individuals worked tirelessly, going above and beyond with the installation process which took several hours. In addition to their technical expertise, they were personable, patient, and communicative the entire day. As senior adults, now in our 80s, we highly recommend doing business with Dr. Cool.

Fantastic company to work with. My dad originally had his furnace replaced by them so when I needed a new one for my rental I went with these guys. I can remember the guys name who came out but he was very friendly, low pressure and they came in much lower on the bid than the other company who quoted me. I also received an additional discount since my father referred me. I was very happy with the install and price. My in-laws recently needed a new furnace and asked for recommendations. I told them how great Dr. Cool is and they got a bid from them as one of the several they sought out. Dr. Cool came in significantly lower than the others and they have also been very happy with their install. My in-laws also got a discount for being referred. A few days ago unexpectedly I received a check in the mail for 50.00 for referring my in-laws. Referral bonus aside, these guys are just all around awesome. I wish more companies operated like them. Be sure to at least get a bid from them should you need service.

I recently had a heat pump installed in my house and I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the entire process and results. The team that handle the installation was absolutely outstanding and the heat pump itself has transformed the comfort and energy efficiency of my home. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Have purchased both heat pump/furnace and tankless water heater from these people in the last 5-6 years. They were very responsive until about 2 months ago when they suddenly didn’t show for a scheduled maintenance - no call, no show and won’t answer phone calls. Just moving on to another provider and you may want to consider not even calling them in the first place. We now use Mercurio and they actually show up!

Awesome people. Called and they were there the next day to give me an honest quote. 3 days later my new heat pump was installed and I wasn't freezing. I would recommend them to anyone. Can't say enough about how nice, carrying, and professional they are.

Just quoted $340 for new part, installed while tech is here. $480 if repaired on a follow up visit.

That comes out to a labor cost of around $40 a MINUTE.

Just saying, I like the techs that work here and have had better experiences. You will get professional work done, just a little out of my price range

They are very friendly on the phone and when they arrived at my home. They came in a timely manner and were very professional. They did a wonderful job and it took them no time at all. They also double checked before leaving to see if I needed anything else done.

We have been working with this company for a few years so far and will always get their opinion and expertise every time something goes wrong with our heater or AC or water boiler, all three of these things throughout the years stopped working for us and they’ve always fixed it quick, and we haven’t had any problems with them since, every time they were polite, and professional. We had Isay Sherbanuk every time we had anything wrong and he definitely knows what he’s doing. We will be contacting and recommending them in the future. We are very satisfied with this business.
