I am a general contractor. All my projects are done by this company and I am very pleased with their communication, prices, and quality of work. I had installed with them new units, repaired old ones, and called them for numerous times for regular check ups and seasonal maintenance. Very satisfied. Their worker Isay Shcherbanyuk should get raise in salary for the quality of work this man performs. AAA+++. Highly recommend.

I have had Dick’s servicing & replacing equipment over the past 5 years in a previously owned home. Seems all the HVAC equipment went out when I became the new owner. The previous owner had been using Dick’s. Since I am a Senior widow & a mechanical idiot, I have continued with them. They have great, knowledgeable service people, excellent equipment & service ( I have had to replace most of it.) The only problem I have had was when the old Heat Pump went out ((from previous owner) in the dead of winter & took over a month to get new one (not their fault) & had to stay in bed most of month as house was freezing. But all of their new equipment (has cost a fortune) works well & they service it yearly.

We had one of their techs, Roland, help us with replacing our 25 year old heater that was breaking down. He carefully reviewed what we wanted the new furnace to do, measured the air flow and cooling system we wanted to add, and provided us with 3 different options. We chose the Coleman heater and heat pump option. It's been 3 years now and we are very happy with the system. The air flow is fantastic. The annual maintenance assures us that our system is always ready to go.

Dick’s has been maintaining my furnace for almost a decade. They contacted me for my annual inspection. The technicians came on time and ready to go. He was quick, knowledgeable, and offered information on my furnace to help me keep it maintained. You can’t beat their service!

I have had two visits recently. One was a regular annual maintenance where Raymond and Randall did a great job! They were polite, prompt, and professional. They handled changing the media filter in my furnace and checking everything out with ease and aplomb! This is no easy feat since my furnace is under my house in a crawlspace! It's hard to have anything good under there, especially aplomb! All this is even more significant because although fully trained and experienced....these were young men! It gave me hope to see such professionalism in our youth! Great job, guys! My other visit was with Edgar, who was delightful and seemed not too much older than Raymond but wears the vest of experience well! He was helpful with information about the needed part and helpful with his experience because he suspected what it might have been based on the problem we were having....and he was right! He was thorough and proactive; he was efficient and very professional. What a great job he did being the furnace professional I needed on my birthday when the heat was stuck on!!!! Complete heat pump system completed in one day. The area where the outdoor unit had to be installed was soft and needed a lot of gravel to support it and they took care of all the details to make it work. The installation crew was well coordinated for all of the electrical, furnace, outdoor installation and under the house work that needed to be done. I would recommend Dick’s to anyone interested in having this work done.

We had A/C added to our existing central heating system. Every step of the process, from initial visit for estimate to finish up from install, went smoothly and efficiently. Great job! We're enjoying it!

I’m writing about a phone clerk named Loretta. She is unprofessional and rude; she spoke over me, constantly interrupted, she was sarcastic and then she started laughing maniacally before hanging up on me (without confirming my appointment.) I called to make my appointment for annual maintenance, as I bought a plan with this company over 10 years ago and they were late in calling me to set this up (They should have called me in November or December to arrange). Within the first few minutes of the call, Loretta became verbally combative when all I was trying to do was schedule an appointment!

Loretta has lots of excuses for why things aren’t done in a timely manner. I also mistakenly (apparently) tried to get a better explanation re: why the filters are no longer provided (they were supposed to be included free of charge after I paid into this plan for 10 years) but right at the 10 year mark they decided not to honor this. It was hard to get resolution or information or even set an appointment because Loretta was so out-of-control. She also apparently felt that it was explained adequately to me the year before (which it obviously wasn't or I wouldn't be asking for more information) and then she tried to hard sell me the filters that were initially supposed to be included with the maintenance at a cost 3x market value. I looked it up. They cost about $5 online; she wanted to charge me $15 a piece.

I asked to speak with her supervisor that day; she claimed she wouldn't return until the following Monday (it was a Friday). I called on Monday to speak with her supervisor, Beth, about Loretta's highly erratic and concerning behavior. Beth immediately started out accusing me of mistreating her "employees" without listening to me first or asking me what the call was regarding. First of all, I only spoke to Loretta. Second of all, I was calling to alert Beth to Loretta's unprofessionalism, which she NEVER agreed to address in any way. I was shocked when Beth tried to turn this around and and accuse me of wrong doing! Then she made some menacing statement about making notes about me in their system! Beth was not impartial at all, nor did she hear the conversation on a recorded line, so I don't know how Loretta spun this incident, but Beth never agreed to address Loretta's behaviors.

I hope the owner doesn't condone either of these people's behaviors but I don't think I am going to take this any further and risk further abuse. I've been a loyal customer of this company for more than 10 years; they service 2 of my homes. I am not sure what is going on but I hope they get back to improved and professional service starting with their phone lines soon.

Steve came to my house and gave us the quote. Steve was professional and very nice. As a licensed electrician, he patiently answered all my questions and didn't propose any unnecessary work. We got Coleman for furnace and AC, we had a very professional team (Andy,Mark, Jace and Brian) to come install the machines, the work finished timely. They were friendly and took the time to make sure parts look nice in my garage. Most importantly, the machines come with 10 years warranty in parts and labor. I recommend this company!

We recently had a heat pump system installed into our home. From the very beginning when we began looking into this option the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Loretta worked with us to schedule an initial quote and walk through with Steve and made a point to be available to answer any and all questions that I had. Andy and his crew arrived right on time and got straight to work, they made sure to explain the process to my wife and walk her through all of the details. Steve even stopped by to check in on the work. The crew worked throughout the day in the heat to make sure that everything was working properly before leaving. We even got a follow up call the next morning from Loretta to ensure that everything was to our expectations.
Dick's Heating & A/C were very professional and helpful. We highly recommend them!

First let me start out with GREAT COMPANY. Can not say that enough!! Second I have a mobile home do those arw not the easiest houses to work on so I give the installers all the credit in the world for having great patience and stayed on track even when other people work on the home before them was crappie.Great installer guys very professional!!! The wonderful ladies in the office are also very professional and very very helpful with payments and questions!!! The company from the office to the field workers always kept me in the loop with my installation! If there was a problem or not they always kept me updated. Will definitely use them again!!! 👍

Ethan was very understanding and did my yearly furnace inspection. He also explained how to keep my furnace up to date. He also explained how to install a built in a.c system into my furnace which was very helpful. Overall the service was very helpful and help me gain knowledge about how to keep my furnace clean and running.

Steve Farris and his team installed our unit . Excellent and professional service. Did a awesome job! Answered all of our questions in detail , gave us the best options for our size home. Everything is working excellent. Fast and efficient! We now have air conditioning yeaaahhhhh! Thank you Steve!!!

Dick’s Heating and AC just sent tech Charlie to perform annual maintenance on heat pump and mini-split units they installed last year.
He did a great job, very thorough with all phases, with in-depth explanations of all questions regarding most efficient operation
of units, to a few tips for preventive maintenance.
I’ve been a customer of Dick’s for over thirty years, finally retiring the problem-free Trane unit they installed thirty years ago.
I’d obviously recommend Dick’s, a class organization that takes care of their employees, “and it shows”!

5 stars across the board. Dick’s installed a new gas furnace and heat pump system in our residence in November 2022. Professional and personable describes everyone I met with or talked to about the work. The salesman I worked with anticipated problems that might occur at our house and took care of any potential issues before they occurred. They patiently explained things to me and answered my questions. Everything was done on schedule, no small accomplishment at the present time what with supply chain difficulties. Equally impressive is how well the system works. According to the gas company, in the 30 days since installation I used 1/3 less gas than the same time one year ago and lowered my bill for gas by over 25%. All the more remarkable when this Billing period had lower average temperatures and the market price of gas is higher. I couldn’t be more pleased or recommend Dick’s more enthusiastically.
