Constraction reviews in Tacoma, Washington

I have worked with Trevor at Theory Construction on hundreds of projects. They even painted my house inside, did carpets and built a fence. They are absolutely phenomenal to work with and I would trust them in my own home. If you're an investor or a home owner, call Trevor and he'll take care of you.

We used Theory Construction after a water issue in a bathroom caused damage. Theory was half the price of a local competitor. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and were very flexible with changing materials during the job when needed. I would absolutely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone doing a renovation, restoration, or remodel!

I would recommend Theory Construction! I've worked with Tyler and his team on renovation and repair projects for our rental properties and homes. Their work has been excellent and costs are competitive. They are dependable and trust worthy.

Great customer service and referrals for our housing remodel needs. Answered questions promptly and professionally. We will continue to use them.

Trevor and his team recently fixed out fence after a windstorm had knocked part of it down. They were quick to come out and give an estimate and later in the week were back to fix it. We also were able to get our magnolia tree trimmed by them that same day too! Definitely would recommend this company for anything you need done around your home/property. They are amazing! We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

You’re working on a home on my street. Your tile cutters were cutting tile on the main street and left the debris and garbage all over. We had a neighborhood picnic on September 7 and there was tile remnants and dust everywhere. I know that our neighbor told you in advance, but your company did nothing to clean up your mess. This is not the way to garner business, but it is a great way for people to know how sloppy your company can be. It rained so there was less mess than the day before, but everybody noticed the mess left behind. Unfortunately, that clouds the work you have done on the home, to those.of us who live here.

Theory did an amazing job converting our spare bedroom into an en-suite walk in closet/bathroom. Our project manager Trevor Kawamura made sure that we got everything we asked for. Gabe and Octavio were amazing workers, very detail oriented as well as friendly, and quick. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to do a renovation.

Trevor and Tyler are super awesome amazing communicators turned my garage into the cutest studio apartment would absolutely use them again. I have referred them too many of my friends

We have used theory construction and theory real estate working specifically with Kristi and Trevor, we bought all four of our properties through Kristi and Trevor helped us remodel two of them, he helped convert a 70s home into a very modern well built Airbnb for our portfolio as well as remodeling a long term rental that had extensive water damage. Theory construction helped facilitate all this by taking full control of the projects and having amazing communication
With us putting us to ease. Looking forward to more projects with theory construction .

Tyler ,Brent and all their other contractors were totally awesome, from the plumbers , electricians , and the tile layers , from start to finish it was like clockwork, I would totally recommend Theory Construction for any of your remodel needs

My husband and I purchased an estate sale and the home was very outdated. Trevor’s team was fast, efficient, and did a beautiful job inside as well as outside. We have been in the house 2 years now and enjoy it every single day. We continue to call him occasionally to help with smaller projects. Highly recommend this company!

Theory Construction made our recent home renovation a breeze! Tyler and Brent were incredibly easygoing, communicative, and supportive throughout every phase of the project. Brent’s attention to detail is truly unmatched — nothing was overlooked. I genuinely couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

Theory Construction did our garage makeover and we couldn’t be happier. It was actually a surprise for my husband while he was out of town for a week. So much work needed to be done as the garage hadn’t really been touched in 30 years. Drywall repairs, paint and an epoxy garage floor. Everything went off without a hitch. Super satisfied with the job. I would recommend Theory Construction to anyone. You won’t find a better group of people to work with.

Great people.

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a garage door supplier. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. My garage looks amazing!
