Constraction reviews in Tacoma, Washington

Ben was absolutely amazing. He made the process extremely easy to book an appointment, and at the inspection he was thorough and kind and even gave me tips and tricks that I knew he didn't have to. He answered any question I had and made sure that I had the opportunity to ask any. Not to mention, you can't beat his price. Safe to say, I would 100% recommend you use Olympic Shield as an inspector for your home. Thank you again, Ben!

Ben was great! He is very knowledgeable and shared that during our inspection; explaining normal home wear and simple fixes to issues that could come up late. He was happy to explain everything during the inspection and answered all the questions we had! We got our inspection report that day!

Ben was great! Very professional and willing to work with our short notice. Very through and his easy way to make a list of requests was so amazing. I Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an inspection. Oh and his price was very reasonable!

Ben was out to inspect a house that we are planning to sell. He was on time and wasted little time getting the job done. He was fast and thorough. I appreciated his attention to detail and answered any questions that I had in a very professional manner. I heartily recommend him to anyone that wants to know the details on any residence.

Great job! How did he get so much done in the time he was there? He took so many pictures and posted them in his report to explain his observations. All the while he had time to discuss some of his findings and explain the consequences, which was very helpful. He inspected the duplex we were considering purchasing and gave us some valuable insight. Another inspector, another duplex, took twice as long to complete the inspection. Ben had the report ready that evening--very punctual! We will definitely be calling on him on our next project!

My real estate agent recommended Ben for our pre purchase home inspection. He is very professional, honest, and courteous. He is very thorough and writes an incredibly well organized report which is performed electronically and finalized by the time the inspection is done. Ben went into detail on the report and gave recommendations for repairs as far as suggested time frame. Included is a detailed and very informative book.
I would highly recommend Ben to anyone.

Ben arrives on time and does a very thorough inspection. He cares just as much about my new home as I do. I feel that he has my best interest in mind. Ben is kind and he takes the time to explain everything to me so that I can understand it. Additionally, we have a very tight schedule and Ben was able to make it work. I very much appreciate his efforts and would recommend him to anyone.

Ben was beyond awesome. Purchasing a home is a big decision and Ben's expertise and thoroughness provided us with the insight we needed to go into this purchase as well-informed buyers. His bright personality and easy manner made it especially pleasant to work with him. Can't say enough positive things about Ben and Olympic Shield. Definitely would use again and recommend to anyone!!!

Ben was great to work with. He was very thorough and courteous He explained to us in terms we could understand and suggested alternatives too. Thanks to his service, we were able to negotiate with the sellers on some key issues and come to mutual agreement. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Ben was kind, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with! Especially thankful for his detailed explanations of repairs, remediations, and recommendations for future home and appliance maintenance. As soon-to-be first time home owners, these recommendations could save us lots of time, energy, and money in the future. Thank you Ben!

Update: Ben did a thorough inspection of the Cosmopolis home we had put an offer on. His report was very detailed, and I liked that he included image examples of what a particular missing item would or should look like, as well as what looked good. His report confirmed this one was a keeper! I would highly recommend Ben for your home inspection.

I used Olympic Shield LLC Home Inspection services and am very pleased with the attention to detail and information provided. Benjamin was very professional and gave me a detailed report with pictures and good recommendations. Definitely would use this service again.

Ben was easy to work with, on time and very thorough on his inspection and explanation of any issues that came up. He answered all our questions easily and professionally. A great choice!

In short, Ben is awesome. I am quite detail-oriented/thorough so have high expectations when it comes to areas like a home inspection. Ben not only met but exceeded my expectations. He was not only thorough but also communicated very well. Very logical and practical in his explanations and that really helped me understand what he was outlining that helped me make the best decision for me. Will definitely be leaning on Ben again for a home inspection.

Ben was great to work with. He walked me through things he saw during the inspection and provided a 100+ page detailed report moments after the inspection was done. He was very thorough and nit-picky which was great for me as a first-time homebuyer who wanted to make sure I was aware of everything I was walking in to. Would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future - great job!

Ben did a great job inspecting the home we are purchasing. He was very thorough! Took pictures of anything that needed to be addressed. Offered suggestions on how to keep our new home safe from damage in the future. We received our report very quickly also!
Would highly recommend Ben!

Ben was very punctual at the site. He is quite conversant with his work and did his work thoroughly. He is the best inspector I have met and I recommend him to anyone planning to purchase a house. Very nice
guy to work with. It was such a pleasure working with you Ben!

Ben was efficient and professional in my recent home inspection. He was detailed in his investigation and brought out several small but important issues for our seller. He knows his business and gave me an honest assessment of the potential property. I am and would recommend using his services again.

Ben was great! On our inspection he did an outstanding job checking every single thing in the house! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient answering our countless questions. The full report was ready right away. Thank you, Ben! I highly recommend his business!

Had Ben come out for a home inspection on a house before we buy it. He was great! He found things I would have never looked for, explained things that need attention, and used layman terms so it was simple for my entire family to understand. The cost was very competitive when comparing to other inspectors. The fact that he is a Veteran and the company is Veteran owned made the choice to use them simple. We have to support our Vets! The end result? A Very thorough inspection, very friendly encounter, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Benjamin did a great job. He was quick to get to work, did a thorough job and his report was very informative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use him again. Fair pricing, excellent work.. if you need an inspection done talk to Olympic Shield they do good work. J. Wilson
