I am posting this review from the opinion of drainage contractor that has worked with Frontline in the past. Frontline does great work and has fantastic communication. We often do drainage work around properties after they remediate the internal issues, I have nothing but good things to say. Our customers that have worked with Frontline have always been impressed. They are thorough and go the extra distance to ensure the property is free of contaminants, and all moisture. I have worked alongside many remediation companies, and I would chose Frontline for my house.

I am very happy with AdvantaClean. They took a very stressful event and helped me through it. Jake and his team were courteous and professional. Especially Darius, who is exceptional. Whatever Darius is making, he deserves a raise!

My experience with AdvantaClean was exceptional! Having a pipe burst with serious water damage in my entire kitchen was one of the most stressful experiences I've had.

Jared (the owner) called very quickly after I contacted them. He spent time with me on the phone to go over the process in detail, including dealing with insurance.

Jake (my project manager) was absolutely incredible! He explained everything again, several times, because I kept forgetting things. He made an extra trip to my house at my request to meet with my contractor so I could be sure everyone was on the same page about the tear-out process. He talked to me daily, usually in person, to update me and keep me informed of any changes to the expected drying process. He sent detailed daily reports to me and my insurance company. I knew nothing about water mitigation but wanted to understand every detail. He explained everything very clearly, but I'd often forget half of what he said because I was so stressed. I'm pretty sure I burst into tears at least three times the first day he came to evaluate my house. No matter how many questions I had, or how much he had to repeat himself, he was always genuinely kind, patient and professional.

Jake's crew was amazing. The dry out took about 10 days and several different people came out for daily readings and any additional work needed. Every single one was perfectly professional and polite. Having strangers in and out of my home wasn't stressful at all, even when Jake couldn't be there, because they were all so great.

The work was completed to the highest standards. Jared went over typical work done by many companies and what Advantaclean did to a higher standard based on evidence. He went over additionall training he required of his employees. They got things dried to the appropriate moisture levels, treated my joists for mold, and kept everything clean and contained. I don't know enough to say more about that, but the fact they were willing to explain everything, including recommended work vs. what insurance would cover, was extremely helpful.

I absolutely recommend AdvantaClean of the South Sound for any water or fire damage, it any services they provide! You will get exceptional customer service and high quality work! It's a horrible thing to go through, but the time I worked with them was by far the least stressful part of this.

Great job by the men that did the work on my house after the fire. I liked how they explained the process to me and took pictures and printed them up on the paper work.

I am very impressed with water mitigation service I got from frontline fire and flood. I recently had a sewer water damage to my home and Jake and crew, owner Jared, Sheri went above and beyond. I am very glad we didn't use the vendor that insurance company recommended because that would have been very minimal work, saving insurance company money, not necessarily the best quality work for the home owner. Frontline gutted everything that was contaminated with sewage and did mitigation work very throughly, left the site neat and clean. We had issues with insurance company nickel and dime but Sheri had my back, guided me and advocated for us. It's my second time using this company and despite how stressful it is to deal with sewer damaged home and insurance company, it was a blessing that we chose this company. Thank you everyone!!

We initially had a challenging experience with this company due to communication and unnecessary demolition in our bathroom and shower area. However, the company has since reached out and addressed several of our concerns, including improving their communication and taking responsibility for the additional damage during the demo. While I appreciate their efforts, I wish more care had been taken when removing our expensive shower door, as the damaged track may prevent it from being reused.

Chris was our technician for removal of mildew in our garage. We were met with courtesy as he shared the method of removal. Chris was knowledgeable and represented Frontline well. We could tell he had worked hard as we inspected The completed job! It was fantastic… The mildew was gone, and the walls were gleaming! A joy to do business With Jared as he inspected the job, Jake as he scheduled the job… And of course with Chris as he completed our work!!!

Great customer service and quality from beginning to end. Josh, the project manager was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and worked directly with my insurance company. I am very thankful for him taking some of that stress off of me!
Kayla and Blain (The technicians) were also very knowledgeable and professional. I always received a text letting me know when they would arrive and felt very comfortable with them working in my home. They did a great job cleaning up the water damage and also protected our home from further damage. Bonus points because my dogs (3) absolutely loved them!

Very professional and accommodating. I was looking to buy a home out of state that had some water damage. Not only, I got an estimate same day at a decent price, but they were more than willing to go an extra mile and help me with my other contracting needs as well through their contacts. Frontline was so amazing to work with. We were woken early in the morning by an amazing lady who saw that our house was on fire and to get out. To say the least we were in a panic. Shortly after we got bombarded with people trying to get us to hire them for clean up. I was so confused!!! Frontline sales person Liz, stepped forward and told me not to sign anything right now. I immediately saw that she was concerned for me. She helped me at my request for the remainder of the morning. Later I met Jacob and the rest of the Frontline crew . They boarded up the house, advising us to leave everything as it was and when I was ready to make a decision on who and why we should hire a restoration company. The next day we hired them. We could not be more satisfied.

Recently had this company out to my home to help address some exterior water intrusion and they responded immediately, gave great advice on how to proceed, and were very clear with what the next steps would be. I worked as an insurance adjuster, locally, and don't know of a better water mitigation team in the area. Highly recommend this operation for any of your mitigation needs.

It was a great experience ! They were here fast, worked hard and let me know each step they were taking ! Can’t say enough good things about them! They promised to come back when basement area is dry enough to put back all the boxes that were in there and didn’t get wet. They disposed of wet things that needed to be thrown away and took care of other bags of stuff I needed to throw away . I hope I don’t need them again but if I do I would call the company again.

Frontline has helped keep us sane during a really miserable, prolonged sewer backup in the main drain of our home. The concrete foundation had to be jackhammered up in two places and replaced. Darius was extremely helpful and reassuring when we were feeling like this mess would never end.
