We have used Mike from Era Electrical Services thrice for separate electrical issues and all times he has provided excellent service. Consistent, punctuality on point, and works till he has accomplished the promises he mentioned before starting the work. No doubts the best decision we’ve made in terms of contracting an electrician. We are keeping his card for future projects we have.

I reached out to Mike to install power for our video doorbell, add 2 outlets, and add a 3 way wireless switch for our stairs. He was really helpful in helping us decide what equipment to use and is very responsive to email. He was always patient and friendly with me despite my work schedule being horrendous and scheduling with me is a nightmare. He arrived on time and completed all the work with no issues. I had several follow-up questions that he promptly addressed as well. I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done and he will be my go to person should I need work done in the future.

We're in the process of constructing a large custom-designed home. It has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, four stories, an elevator and an indoor pool. Era Electrical Services was in charge of the extremely difficult wiring and lighting setup. We were extremely pleased with their excellent performance and professional demeanor. I would highly recommend them for any electrical wiring and lighting projects, whether residential or commercial. We'll be hiring them again to do more electrical work.

We hired this electrician to inspect our heated floor because it wasn’t working properly and some areas felt cold. He used a thermal camera and immediately showed us where the problem was. The inspection was very detailed and easy to understand.He found that the thermostat was failing and not sending power correctly to the floor heating system. He explained everything clearly, replaced the thermostat, and tested the system again with the thermal camera to confirm the floor was heating evenly.

This company was extremely helpful and super fast to get things done for me. In some strange turn of events, my outlet started to spark intermittently before it took one entire room out during the night. I called this service at 8am and was greeted with a technician by noon the same day. The technician was extremely helpful with diagnosing the problem and even went as far as to show me where things went wrong. The outlet install was quick and definitely got my concerns taken care of.

The service was so great that I asked the technician to see if they would be willing to install two more outlets on the same trip. The technician accommodated the request (for an extra fee, of course) but it saved me the time of trying to get another person out here to do the work later.
