Decent customer service up to the point where they said they could not take back the part after telling me the day before if it did not meet the specifications bring it back and we'll get the correct one.

I stood on the customer side of the counter for about 20min. The guy that finally made eye contact with me (the only employee I saw) tried to help me, but wasn't sure about the inventory. I think this place is meant for electricians. I'm not am electrician. This guy that was "helping" me, made it clear that my request for a soldering gun was an unusual request. They had a lot of electrician consumables on display for purchase. There were some tools specific to the job of being an electrician. I give it 2 stars, because I figure the place is probably meant for somebody who knows more than me, and the employee made it clear through our interaction that I was not the target customer, and unclear, if I was even supposed to be inside the building. This place was recommended to me by an auto dealership, that's probably the foundation of my strange experience.

My work has sent me here many times for a wide variety of reasons not only to purchase items but to include inquiries into electrician specific advice since I’m still a trainee. The staff here is so helpful and patient. Recently, a sales associate named Steve Heintz helped me to make an informed purchase which helped me to accomplish a work order that was above me and it made me look good to my superiors. As always, Mr. Matlock and the entire staff was helpful and worked as a team. I can tell they have excellent leadership and cohesion. I will always choose this location when given a choice because they give me confidence in the items I purchase here and their advice advances me in my career. Thank you!

My 99 yr old house needed a full rewire and new panel from knob and tube. They got this done quickly and with no holes and for a completely reasonable price for the amount of work involved. I also wanted power ran to 3 additional places (hot tub, detached garage and the alley behind my house for ev charging). They got all this done in 2 weeks. Would 1000% use them again if I needed electrical work done- hands down.
