Came out to fix a wall heater. Even went with me to Home Depot to get a replacement and make sure we got the correct one. Called the next day to make sure the heater was still working properly. Super professional and responsive.

I'll save you the time and tell you they charge $120 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. If you inquire further about their estimation process, you'll be met with abrasiveness and treated like you're stupid for asking entirely reasonable questions. Such as: "Do your estimates include the cost of materials?" To which the owner will just aggressively repeat back their hourly minimums because you had the audacity to try and understand how much things cost beyond just labor.
