I hired Phil and his team to do a full panel and all new heaters through the home I just purchased. I hired Phil because he seemed like he would handle the job and his reviews were good. I wouldn’t used them again. The clear disregard for health and safety of clients. He performed and was cited for doing work in my home without warning or testing for asbestos. With complete disregard brushed it like it was nothing. That is after the mess was made and job was done. The work it self was horrible. Holes made that were mistakes and left at my expense. TES would probably be ok if you need an EV charger in the garage.

Top notch service and people from scheduling, walkthrough, to having Liv and Juan out to do the job. They were friendly, professional, fast, and very respectful of our home/property. Excellent communication from everyone. We will absolutely use Tacoma Electric in the future!

What an amazing experience with Phil and Liv! They are both kind, experienced, and efficient! They helped install a new wall heater for me and were a fantastic team. I did not feel like any question I had was too silly or stupid, they were willing to answer anything I asked in a kind and professional way. We recently hired Tacoma Electric Service for a whole house rewire and we couldn't be happier From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, Phil and his crew had exceptional professionalism, skill, and customer service.

Phil, the owner, came out to assess our needs and provide recommendations. We were looking to replace all our old wiring and also upgrade our house with recessed lights and electrical outlets, as well as running power to our detached garage. Phil provided a detailed and competitive quote that we felt was very fair for the scope of work involved.

The project itself was a major undertaking and they finished the entire project on time, which was a huge relief.

I’m so glad that T.E.S. was recommended to us after Home Depot delivery drivers completely ruined our porch light when. T.E.S. (Phill) showed up on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Phill also informed us of some very important things as it was very clear the previous owners did their own “electrical” work and things that our inspector didn’t mention to us. Needless to say, we will definitely be hiring T.E.S. In the future for all of our electrical needs (which will be a lot 😅)

We've worked with Krouse Electric on numerous projects, with great results. They have a great team, highly recommend their services!

While I support veterans whenever possible, I cannot over look this. Two employees pulled up to the Arco/AmPm gas station in Yelm. This is how they parked. A local high schooler even yelled at them, shouting "this is not a parking spot." They didn't seem to care. The truck literally was in the main aisle of the gas station and was in front of the door of the station. The driver was a senior citizen. If this is how they drive/park, imagine how they work. The fact that there were two employees and this is how they both behave in a company car, no thank you.

I've had the pleasure of working with Krouse's Electric Inc., and I can't say enough good things, especially about Tim Jr. He thoroughly inspected my home, helped me with wiring, fixed unsafe outlets, installed light fixtures, and even hardwired my Ring doorbell camera and electric fireplace. On top of all that, he gave me some great design ideas that really improved the look of everything.
