They drove out to my residence, told me they weren't interested in the job, and then charged me for a diagnostic. Never received any kind of diagnostic whatsoever. Just simply was told, "we are not interested."
They must be either incompetent or are straight-up thieves.

Bad performance for a 24 hr open shop. "We don't work on Saturdays. We have no personal on Saturdays" Are you kidding me? You are open without any personal?

We use Mr Electric as a subcontractor for all our electrical needs. Rapid response, on time service and everything is always up front. I have never worked with a more detailed Electrical company.

This company performed a previous job at my residence with no issues. The electricians seemed a bit inexperienced. Reached out about an estimate for same location, My appt was cancel at the time they were supposed to be here. I was told they couldn’t find parking on the street which was not true. With further questioned I was told that I lived in a bad neighbor and they wouldn’t service my location. This was after they previously provided service. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Bobby Ragsdale was very patient and polite. He helped me with my wire to my door bell. He did a neat job with the wire and made it very easy to see and organize. I highly recommended.

Very personable and professional.
Cleaned up after themselves and were extremely polite and friendly.

Mr. Electric installed a breaker for my new hot tub. They did a great job, were easy to schedule, and affordable. My hot tub repair man even commented on how well the electricians did, said he sees a lot of electricians mess that install up.
