I live in a small condo complex with five units. I have had Dependable Electric do work in my own home as well as projects for the entire building. They are knowledgeable, thorough and do an excellent job. If anyone asks me if I know a good electrician, I tell them to call Dependable Electric.

We make an appointment for today between 8-9 am for show up time. My mother who made the appointment let him know that she would not be there that she is in the hospital but that her daughter in-law would be there. 8:40 comes around he's still not there so like most parents my wife had to drop our kid off at school. He calls at 9:00 asking if she was home she responded I was i just have to drop my daughter off and ill be right there I'm only 15 minuets away. He got grumpy on the phone hung up calls my mother again whos is hospitalized and ask if she even had the money to pay him. She responded yes my daughter in law has everything to cover any services. He then hangs up with her calls my wife back witch at this time its maybe 9:06 and ask if she will truly only be 15 minuets cause if not he was gonna leave and we would have to reschedule. She say's its going to be 15 minuets max as I'm walking back to the house now from my daughter school. He again gets grumpy and hangs up. As my wife walked around the corner of our street he backs out of the drive way yells something out the window and proceeds to drive off. It was 9:13 when that happened. So he didn't even wait 15 minuets he was rude short and made a very disrespectful commentary to my mother asking if she even had the funds to pay him. Why would we call you if we didn't secondly its not wise to disrespect people like this especially someone's wife. I don't know if you were having a bad day or what but frankly I don't care!! I will never recommend anyone do business with this company.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Paul for 3 days. Paul has the attention to detail and hard work ethic you want on your electrical proect. I highly recommend him!

From the moment we spoke on the phone to the end of the appointment this company was professional , friendly and transparent. They are pretty busy and booked out a couple weeks but worth the wait.

They were very open about the issues and walked me through the whole process even though I don’t know anything about electrical work. They explained things thoroughly to where I could understand where the problems were. We are definitely going to use this company again for future projects and repairs !

Called at least 20 electricians who all sounded like they couldn’t care less about the issue I was facing. Called dependable electric who was also busy, but took the time to explain things to me over the phone which resulted in them not even having to come out. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency and the fact that they saved me so much money. I would trust them with any electrical work in the future.

Honest, good communication, good follow-through, and great clean-up! We recently had Paul do some rewiring and lighting install work on our home, he will be my first call the next time we need electrical work.

Paul let me know to call the power company first. This ended up saving us. The problem was with the power company's connection at the transformer. I highly recommend Paul. I called on Dependable Electric LLC to come out to my place for some electrical work. He was very pleasant and respectful. I scheduled a date and time for the work to be done. When he pulled onto my driveway and got out of his van he saw a BIG problem that the another company had left dealing with the power line from the pole to my house. He told me I should call PSE and have them come out to see if they could repair the problem. I was having a problem with PSE on the phone. He over heard this conversation and got on the phone with PSE with me and got them to come out ASAP (within hours) to fix the problem on the spot. Now onto what he did for us. I had to have 5 new outlets placed in different rooms of my house. He not only completed that task within one day he placed them right where we needed them. The price was well within my budget. I expected to pay a lot and it was much cheaper than I could have thought it would have been. His work was done very well, I would recommend this company to all my friends and family members. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Paul saved me money. I called Paul and he said, "go check and see if one of the breakers is real squishy, that'll be the one you need to flip again and it might save you $500 bucks." He was right. I called him back to thank him. That kind of honesty and integrity is really admirable.

Paul helped us last year with some electrical work in our home, in particular installing a new circuit and replacing broken outlets. He is extremely thorough and communicative, which put me at ease. These are the electricians you want! I'm remodeling a bathroom and needed a new circuit run in a 1969 house that involved a difficult attic with limited space. Paul, the owner of the company, came out within a few days to give me a bid and we scheduled the job. They came today and completed the job in less time than he had anticipated even though it wasn't an easy run. Very professional. He takes real pride in his art--and it's obvious how passionate he is about what he does. It was a real privilege to have him-the other reviews are spot on. He's busy but he's worth the wait! We'll definitely have him back for a future project we have planned.

I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Paul! His communication, professionalism and quality of work were outstanding. He completed the work earlier and for a little bit less than his estimate. The inspector even commented on how impressed he was with the quality of work. I would highly recommend Paul!

Frank with Dependable was absolutely awesome! I had to have a wall heater repaired which was done very quickly. He also gave me maintenance tips for my heaters. I would definitely use this company for other electrical needs thst I have. I also referred them to my brother in law who is looking for an electrician for his rental property. Very professional and asked if they should remove there shoes and mask up! Very satisfied!

Paul is awesome. I had an outlet that wasn't functioning and helped me troubleshoot and bring it back to life over the phone. He could've came out and charged a couple hundred but said "let's see if we cant save you a service charge". He's honest and that goes a long way, the moment I have any other electrical issues I know who I'm calling!

We purchased an older home with knob and tube wiring and outdated electrical service. We had Paul out to upgrade our service and completely rewire our kitchen and bathroom. His professionalism, knowledge and diligence is just outstanding. We are now looking to bring the rest of the house into the modern era and I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else.
