I would not recommend using this service. It's not worth it. They are not safe or smart with customer data. For the longest time you could log in to the portal and see everyone's information. In addition to that different service providers would come to your home and you could tell they didnt read the notes because they would go into spaces and work in areas you didnt ask them to. I don't like being surprised by a man in my backyard. Some technicians were great and thoughtful while others smoked and only weed whacked. I would prefer consistency and mediocrity at a higher price over the service I had been receiving.

They didn't come to service my lawn even though it was requested several times over the the winter months. They finally showed at the beginning of April. Now they are planning to fry my grass by coming again less than 2 weeks after?!
Customer service, the manager whom is conveniently unavailable every call, has not once returned a call. I regret purchasing their services. 90% cheaper to just get the more efficient product at Costco

I have been on a monthly contract with Arete since October of 24. If I could give zero stars I would. All they care about is money. No care is taken to do a good job, they damage everything they touch, make a mess every where. My entire lawn edge is gouged out, mud all over the house and windows. There guy running things doesn’t even live in the USA. So no wonder there is never anyone in the office to answer and return calls. Those are only a few of the hundred pictures if damage and neglectful work ethics shown.

Connor did a great job, arrived on time and when he was supposed to. My lawn was getting a bit overgrown at the time, he worked quick and meticulously. I signed up for the biweekly service and I’m looking forward to the guys coming out again.

Im a new client, and the first service was a no-show. After calling, they showed up and did a hack/quick cut. Left patches of longer grass as they followed no cutting pattern to promote growth and prevent rutting. No corrective action was taken. Their second service was a no-show again and led to another call.

Given the plethora of lawn services for the area, there are better providers. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Perhaps they have taken on too many clients for their company and can't keep up with quality?

Simple we paid $173 a month - the first time was a clean up and following visits were supposed to be maintenance- after three or more phone calls and complaints to date nothing has progressed or work completed. After I declined letting them come back with another worker. which would be a gamble and a loss of money to continue- they are now ignoring my texts. And customer care correspondence messages to a supervisor. The battle begins when it’s not necessary! They will gaslight you to get your business and contract and drop off acting like they care- they don’t.

Weeds everywhere, no work done in any flower beds.

Arete Lawn Care did a really solid job on our yard. Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair, and the work itself was noticeably better than the last service we tried. The lawn looked clean, trimmed, and professionally maintained. They also took the time to make sure everything was tidy before leaving, which I appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’d happily recommend Arete Lawn Care to anyone around Puyallup looking for dependable lawn service.

What a remarkable humble young man! Very quiet and hardworking. He took the time and was very thorough in the way he worked.

We would like to have Omar do our lawn care from now on if we can request it?

Excellent service. High quality plants. All employees have a degree in horticulture. They are totally eco-friendly. They carry nothing but non-toxic products which are safe for the environment such as organic herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers. These guys are total pros. You won't find this kind of expertise at Home Depot.

The customer service and knowledge is fantastic! I know very little about plants (so far) and they patiently answered all my fertilizer questions! Thank you gardensphere team! 🙌

Beware of root rot! Check the roots before purchasing! Majority of the indoor plants in this place may appear healthy, but check for root rot. The only thing I liked about this plant shop was that the employees were friendly and communicated with me about their ivies being back in stock so I came back in to purchase one for $20. The plant looked fine when I received it and the soil was completely dry. While I was trying to re-pot this in a different container, I noticed that the roots were dark brown with very minimal roots. I had a feeling that this was a sign of root rot and was a bit disappointed. But I went on to repotting it in hopes that it would survive. 3 weeks later, the leaves have all shriveled up and died. Yup. Root rot, as I have suspected was the main culprit of this plant’s death which all leads to poor plant care from this plant shop. They sold me a plant with root rot. $20 wasted. Of all the plants I’ve passionately nurtured and grown so far, this has been the biggest disappointment.

GardenSphere is great. It's a small shop but has a lot of inventory. I feel comfortable shopping there during the pandemic because staff wears face coverings, most of the place is outdoors, and they keep the doors to the indoor areas open. They also state their covid precautions on there website, which I very much. It seems like all the other shoppers wear masks, although I would feel even more comfortable shopping there if the staff wore proper masks instead of neck gaters which tend to slip down the nose. In general the place is amazing, everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are super helpful and can answer your questions and help you place special orders. They do curbside pickup and free delivery as well which is awesome, and you can place orders via email, text, or phone. GardenSphere is a gem.

A boutique nursery and garden shop, GardenSphere offers a unique assortment of outdoor and indoor plants as well as tools and art. The staff were knowledgeable about the varieties they carried and helpful in selecting the correct foliage for my garden space. What I liked best about GardenSphere is they carried the things you need but had some things you didn't know you wanted.

Travis and Gardensphere were extremely helpful when talking me thru the health issues and possible solutions with an Alocasia plant I have. They were patient, informative, and gave me some hope that I won't kill my favorite plant lol Customer service here has been top notch and we love the plants we've purchased here. We've spent anywhere from $15 - $300 per plant and they've done well overtime. It's been a solid spot for sure!

This place is great! They usually have a pretty good selection of seasonal plants, and some good indoor plants too. The staff is super knowledgeable and give lots of information and tips, which is really helpful for a new gardner like me.

I love this place! A young lady working there showed me some house plants that wouldn't be toxic to my two cats. I wish I knew her name but she is very knowledgeable about what is safe for kitties! I bought a Parlor palm and a Pygmy peperomia which are thriving.

I love this place. We have been going here for years. We have purchased plants, fruit trees and baby chicks here. We still get out chicken food and hay from them. Super friendly staff and very helpful. We can't just go and not buy something. Great work folks!

Awesome place! They were kind when my autistic son wanted to look around. Didn't judge or ask us to leave. And he's 3. They had beautiful air plants. I bought a few based on my experience.

One of my favorite things about this nursery is that it carries chicken feed and supplies now. The storefront is a gardener's gift shop with lovely displays. The variety of stock is appreciated too - sometimes I am looking for a very particular plant and they are likely to have it or find it.

I honestly can't recommend these guys enough! They were knowledgeable and eager to help, had a good selection of different pots and succulents (and other plants but I was there for the succulents). They also have air plants, various gardening supplies, some limited farm and feed supplies, and a giant store tabby cat! :) They answered every question I had and even potted my plants for me so I didn't have to buy two bags of specialty soul at no cost! Parking was a cinch. Check this place out!

They have baby chicks in once a month! Went in today and got a rare blue beauty! Great customer service. Chicken supplies a little pricey but they do have Rare breeds!
