This was the easiest transaction I’ve ever done. The rugs were picked up same day I contacted him and delivered back cleaner than I expected a day before promised. He even sent videos of the cleaning process which was so fun!

Ian did an absolutely amazing job on my cream rug and brought it back to life from the pet traffic stains on it. He was incredibly communicative, even texting me videos of my rug being cleaned, and had it back and home within 3 days. His prices are the best in town and he even helped me put my rug back in.

My dog was so pleased with the rug that she immediately smelled it, and plopped her body back down!

Ian was wonderful to work with. He helped me move a heavy table to get my rug out. He took 3 rugs and brought them back within 3 working days. He even sent us a video of the machine washing the biggest one. I highly recommend this business. They do great work.

Ian was Great! On time, carried al five rugs out and took two of them upstairs for us when he came back. Fast service, rugs clean and throughly dry. Very interesting videos of our rugs being cleaned in their machines. Terrific service and less expensive then other companies. We will use Rug Laundry the next time we need rugs cleaned.

A very nice gentleman came to my home to pick up my rugs and deliver them back to me, so 5 stars for his kind professionalism and care!
When I inquired about the cleaning process, he said one rug was simply cleaned with a vacuum, which seemed unusual. My other rug had been cleaned with water and was quite wet when it was returned. I’m currently drying it out with a high powered dehumidifier in a spare room that does not have a wood floor. In the past, I have used Andonian in Bellevue for all of my area rug cleaning and repair needs. My fine wool area rugs are always cleaned with water and are thoroughly dry upon return. They really are experts in this field, and I’ll continue to use them going forward, in spite of the long drive.

Our experience with Rug Laundry was very good! We dropped our rug off for cleaning on Wednesday afternoon and Ian showed us his cleaning facility and equipment. While our rug was being cleaned, he shared a short video, and on Friday morning, our rug was ready for pickup. While he does offer pick up and drop off service, our circumstances made it easier for us to do that ourselves. Our rug looks great and Ian was very friendly and communicated well. I highly recommend Rug Laundry.

I filled out a carpet cleaning request on their website and maybe 30 minutes later I received a call back. He wasn't sure if my shag wool handmade rug would be something he could clean so he drove over to my house 15 minutes after our phone call to see if it was doable. I thought that was just above and beyond. Not even knowing if he would be able to clean it and still taking the time to comeover. Luckily it was something he could clean. He brought it back to my house a day later and I am telling you - my rug looks BRAND NEW!!!!

He also send me progression videos (which my kids thought were SO cool lol!).

I was so impressed by the service, the quickness, he was so polite and kind. My rug was really nasty and he didn't make me feel bad about it! On top of all this it was extremely affordable. I paid 120$ for my 12"X3" runner. That included him picking it up and dropping it off.
