Homer did a decent job cleaning my sectional. I believe I was definitely overcharged, as I ended up paying $450 for 90 minutes of work. He told me four times I could tip him. I am in the service industry and I work for tips, they are l my livelihood, but I would NEVER tell somebody, especially 4 times, that they could tip me. I felt pressured to do it and upon giving him an extra $50 he took it as if it wasn't enough. I had to ask him to clean up all the water that was all over my hardwood floors from the cleaning machine. He had his foot on a towel and cleaned a bit of it up but I had to do it myself after he left. He also stood above me and made me open up his website and told me to hit five stars and stood there while he asked me to write his review right then and there. Just all in all an unsavory experience. I felt a little taken advantage of to say the least. The sectional looks okay, just didn't like the feeling of being pressured.

We had a wonderful experience with loyal carpet and upholstery cleaning, Homer the owner operator arrived. 45 minutes early set up and was ready to start at start time. He was very, very friendly thorough and respected our property. We would definitely recommend Loyal carpet and upholstery cleaning services, We will definitely use them again in the future. We had Loyal Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in our Sanctuary and both stairwells at Manitou Park Presbyterian Church. The results were outstanding and we are more than pleased with what they were able to do for us. I would highly recommend them to any body looking to have their carpets leaned.
