I brought an antique rug from my grandfather early 1900s that needed cleaning and a new pad. They also put on new fringe. When I picked it up the carpet with the new fringe, it looked absolutely fantastic. I am very happy that I took it there and the time it took to do the work that they did was completely within reason.

On time, friendly, efficient but it took a long time for the carpet to dry and don’t ever remember that happening before. He figured 639 feet of carpet for $330! Seemed spendy but haven’t had carpet cleaned in two years! But they look beautiful!

We have a Chinese silk rug that requires special cleaning. Hammond Knoll is the only company we trust to clean it. They are professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Hammond Knoll is an excellent company - both in terms of customer service and the cleaning services they offer! Marta was very helpful and responsive arranging carpet cleaning for my house. Larry, the carpet technician, was wonderful - he arrived on time, was extremely friendly and efficient, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He even removed a stain on my couch even though it wasn't part of the original service requested! This company and their employees clearly put their customers first and take pride in their work. I will continue to use Hammond Knoll for all future cleaning projects and very highly recommend them!!

Pick up and delivery was easy and quick for us, driver was polite and customer service on the phone was pleasant and helpful. My carpet is clean and smells much better. Cost was reasonable and affordable for us.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. pricing was OK - a little higher than I had expected on the lawn chair cushions but the result made me surprised and pleased so no complaints. I really appreciated the staff transporting items both times to my car.

This is the second time Hammond Knoll cleaned and polished our kitchen countertops. The people who arrange and discuss on the phone and provide cost estimate are uniformly great to deal with: professional, friendly, polite, helpful, patient with questions, excellent communication and follow up. Travis came to our home both years to do the cleaning/polishing. He's easy to have in our home, careful and respectful of our spaces and things, and transformed our counters to like-new both times. He does excellent work. Their price is very fair. We're committed fans of Hammond Knoll and will use them again for any service they offer: cleaning, maintenance or installation.

Brought in our rugs for cleaning while we were having some wood floors redone. They worked with us on dates to get the rugs done and back to us so we could reassemble our house soon after the floors were done. Rugs looked great after they were cleaned.
Then we had carpet cleaned after wood floors were done. The carpets looked much better but some spots still remained so we requested they be treated again. The technician did treat them and the areas were improved. (Not sure why you would have to ask, but we did and they were treated .)

We had carpet that we had Hammond Knoll put a border edge on. The work was done very well and quickly. Customer service and delivery service were excellent. Lydia was very helpful and great to work with. We highly recommend them.

I have used this company several times over the past decade for both my wool carpet and wool and silk area rugs. Wool requires special treatment to avoid damage to the fibers. I wouldn’t trust any other company to do the job. In addition, their delivery team is extremely polite and considerate.

Friendly and knowledgeable front desk women. Lots of help unloading and loading my rug and pad. I have used this company for many years and my rugs look wonderful when cleaned plus they have done repairs on a couple of area rugs and the work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

These guys are Awesome! Cleaned up all of my stained grout, made my quartz counter tops look like new (I live in an area with hard water) everything looks amazing. I was so impressed I am having them clean up my wool area rugs. Great company!
