They showed up at the correct window of time and went through the plan of cleaning. Went over pricing so there was no confusion then got started right away. They did a thorough job and got tough stains and melted wax out of different areas. When it came to the stairwell he even got the panel facing you that you don’t step on, I appreciated that. You can see a clear difference I wish I had taken before and after photos, but I will save that for next time we use them. Overall, it was a good experience and fair pricing in my opinion.

Luis was very prompt. He did a great job cleaning our carpets. He left them damp, not soaked like other carpet cleaners we've had in the past. He was fast and very thorough. It was the first time that our carpets had been cleaned since we installed them 2 years ago. They were dirty, but not stained. I didn't know how dirty they were until I watched Luis for a few moments. Now they look brand new.
