This was the second time I’ve had the company clean my carpets and I feel like the quality of service has decreased but the cost have increased. The main reason I scheduled the cleaning was to remove stains left by an old couch. They weren’t able to be removed during cleaning. However, I was able to remove them myself afterwards with an over the counter spot clean in just a few minutes. So it appears that they don’t spot clean stains. It was also a very quick cleaning. The quote was almost double that of the previous time. The new cost calculator is the whole room square footage so it doesn’t matter if they clean the whole room or the traffic area, it’s the same cost. Overall I wouldn’t use this company again. The technician was very nice and the carpets dried very fast.

Hammond Knoll cleaned my carpets and also repaired an Asian carpet that we have had for many years, I am very pleased with their professionalism and prompt response. When the repaired carpet was returned the staff was very accommodating regarding delivery and placing in our living room. I would strongly recommend them.

We had two dates (one for cleaning the hardwood floors and one for cleaning floor tile and shower) with the technicians (Travis and Tyler) from HK. They were very polite, interacted with my husband and I as needed and did a FANTASTIC job.
It was huge just getting ready for their service - packing up stuff and moving furniture. Now cleaning things before I put them back and I'm past 50% of spring cleaning!
I wish I could buy the cleaner that was used on the hardwood floors. That product is like magic.

We recently decided to enhance the look of our house by adding a few rugs, and we thought of giving Hammond Knoll a try. And boy, were we impressed! The service was top-notch, and their team gave us a wealth of education that we never knew about rugs. We were so pleased with the results that we also scheduled to have our carpeting cleaned. To our amazement, it looked like new when they finished! We can confidently say that their competitors will have difficulty beating the service we received. It's safe to say that we will recommend Hammond Knoll to everyone we know!

The front staff is outstanding and precise as well as extremely kind. It would have been a better experience had I had a more direct assessment of the damage to the rugs and have been told the low likelihood of any of the stands coming out. I'm glad that the rug has been cleaned however the cost I paid for staying removal with little to no results just left me paying a high dollar amount for rug cleaning. I doubt I will take another rug there for cleaning and just hope I don't ever have additional stains on any of my other rugs.

Travis again did a fabulous job on our marble shower. He also did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He is very knowledgable and personable. We would recommend him to our friends and others interested in these services.

Thé cleaning of our in-house carpets was accomplished in a timely manner. Then we had braided carpets that needed mending as well as cleaning. That is done at the shop. Yesterday those carpets were returned and are better than new. Great people and professional work

Overall it was a decent job. Should have decent brush attachment cleaning carpet. I vacuumed after 24 hours of drying and got my normal bunch of pet hair that I get every week when vacuuming. Tells me it doesn't pick up much. I had vacuumed 5 days before.

The staff at HammondKnolls was so knowledgeable. They helped me determine sizes of area carpets that could be made from remnants as well as bindings and other possible treatments. Easy to work with and great communication all along the way.

HammondKnoll have cleaned our area rugs for a number of years. We have a dog friendly home and cleanliness is important to us. Each time they have cleaned a rug, it has been delivered clean and fresh smelling. HammondKnoll truly provides the best cleaning experience we have had. Their delivery staff are thoughtful, polite, and helpful. They also were very flexible on delivering our rug over the holidays. Thank you!

Needed to have new stair runners bound. Our neighbor indicated that Hammond Knoll had done various rugs and boat carpets done for them. Called and spoke to Lydia. She indicated they could perform the work, had numerous colors available to bind and could provide a quote.

Took the carpet down to them, they measured our needs, picked out a binding color and gave us a fair and reasonable price. Indicated it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Received an email 2 days later indicating they were ready for pickup. Wow. Quick turnaround and nice quality work. Highly recommend.

Needed shower tile honed and sealed. The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to restore it better than I thought it could be and sealed the marble. He also taught me about care ( in hindsight!) so going forward I should be able to care for it better. Grateful they were able to have a solution for me, he did a great job.

We were referred to HammondKnoll by another carpet shop to repair an old rag runner that was over 45 yrs old. Absolutely the best experience in getting the runner fixed, cleaned and pick up before Christmas. Working with Lydia was a blessing and couldn’t ask for a better representation of that company than Lydia. She is very knowledgeable, gave us up-front cost and sent information through email exactly when she said she would. If we had any questions she was more than willing to help and answer all questions and go over any information again for us at any time. We are so pleased with our experience with this company and we HIGHLY recommend them to for any service you may need!

We are satisfied with Luis work. Our carpets looked and felt new. He got rid of the weird smell & stains that were left. I appreciate his communication and flexibility in working with us. Highly recommend!

I had some rough stains on my carpets, and I wasn’t expecting it to be a easy carpet cleaning. Louise did a really good job with the deep clean on my carpets, the stains are still visible, but it is way better than before, will probably need to have another deep clean again in these areas. Overall experience was great pricing was fair as well.
