“WHY YOU LIE?” — LET’S START THERE.

🚨CALLING SOMEONE A LIAR IS BOLD WHEN YOU CLEAN CARPETS FOR A LIVING 🚨

Your exact words were: “Our ad does mention over size areas, pet treatments, and heavily soiled area may cost extra, we showed you our ad why you lie.”
You did not show me any additional ad and that sentence alone explains the entire problem.

The ad I booked from clearly states:
“4 Rooms $139 up to 400 sq. ft. Includes pre-spray and steam cleaning.”

That ad does not clearly disclose:

that stairs are excluded or charged separately

that pet stains automatically increase the price

that pricing can be changed on arrival without measuring anything

The technician did not measure, did not present written pricing, and did not point to any disclosed policy before attempting to raise the price. No alternate ad was shown despite your claim.

If extra charges truly apply, they must be clearly written in the same ad customers book from, in complete sentences, before accusing someone of lying. Vague claims followed by incoherent explanations do not equal disclosure.

Calling a customer a liar while failing to clearly explain your own pricing or even write it properly is not professionalism, it’s deflection.

For anyone reading: if the explanation for surprise charges ends with “why you lie,” expect the rest of the experience to be just as careless.

Instead of running a business this poorly, consider investing in basic English classes clarity matters in advertising.

Thank you Landgreen carpet cleaning! My home smells wonderful and I am a happy camper. Luis and his friend came and worked hard as a team to come in and do our carpets. He offered us a pet solution to apply before cleaning and we were hesitant at first as they had not worked in the past with other companies, however, let me tell you, I have several cats and two dogs. I have the nose of a hound (and why I called them lol) I SMELL NO ANIMALS! I’m in utter shock and so is my husband. What a beautiful gift it was to have our house feel like home again 🥰💐💕🎉

Luis and his helper did an amazing job on my place. Estimated time was 3 hours and they did it in half! Would recommend to anyone and the carpet was mostly dry by the time we arrived. He took care of it carefully and quickly. 2 bedroom + living room +dining room.

If I could give zero stars I would. You get what you pay for. It’s a low price, sure, but not only did Luis damage the trim of our newly renovated house, the carpets smell AWFUL. even 3 weeks later they still smell like a mixture of must and sweat. It is absolutely disgusting. I tried to contact the company directly to resolve this respectfully and they tried to gaslight me saying I denied a deep cleaning (was never offered) but rather only got the “standard cleaning” and that we waited over a month to reach out. We waited 3 weeks for the smell. I immediately reached out about the trim the very next day and they offered to have come Luis “try and fix it” 🤣 he’s a contractor now?! A joke of a company. I recommend using a company that you communicate with outside of Facebook. Do not use this company.

Luis and his crew were on time, thorough, and amazing results. Very affordable and beat out other companies prices. He was able to get the stains out of my carpet. Will definitely use this company again.
