Homer did an amazing job with our carpet cleaning, pet stain and odor removal and deodorizing. I was surprised how quickly I was scheduled. I called him and he was able to come out the next day. His 2 person team was quick and efficient and my carpets look brand new.

What an amazing self-run business. I called and they came the following day. My couch was looking raggedy but now it's like a brand new couch now thanks to Loyal. I'm beyond happy. Homer did an amazing job removing pee stains from our nice couch and our carpet in our Federal Way home. He was able to accommodate a last minute request due to a party we are having with family tomorrow.

Because of the fabric on the couch, his methods required a lot of skill, which he clearly has. Homer is kind, hard working, and cool. Our Labradoodle ran into the house when the kids left the door open and jumped straight on the couch to pee. It looked terrible, but not anymore. The pee stains are all gone.

Our carpet is a bit older, but he did a fantastic job. In the photos, things are still wet, but they will look perfect once they dry.

Homer took care of our love seat and couch, as well as ensuring that the carpet which had some cleaner get on it from the process was cleaned. He was professional, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our furniture is no longer in consideration for being tossed, and will serve us well for several more years. One angry cat is enough to put any seat out of order, but we are no longer considering replacing the furniture as it is clean, refreshed, and smells wonderful.
