It took a week for business to respond to online request for quote. Pick up was arranged. We were honest about pet stains and existing damage to rug. Vendor took Pic as was picking up on front lawn. Promised to deliver following week. Received text including video of rug on machine being cleaned. Nice touch! Time
Delivery was 30 mins later than scheduled. Received only to discover 2 days later that rug still smelled of pet urine and still showed stains. Also found marks on carpet from clamps and machine cleaning.
Contacted business and they promptly, the next day, returned to pick up dog and clean again. Delivered a few days later, not smelling of urine, appeared cleaner, though an hour after scheduled time. This business stood behind their service and I appreciated it. They were significantly cheaper than a competitor and I will use them again though with more communication about issues and expectations.

Great friendly fast and wonderful job! The video was thoughtful and kind. Ian was so friendly how could you not like them. I highly recommend! I had a very large and very expensive rug done, they picked up the day I called and brought it back 4 days later looking great!

Wow! Amazing service. All the coffee stains came out of the rug and it looks brand new! Mind you, Turkish silk rugs are very hard to clean! If there were 10 stars, I would give it to them!

Great service. There was a little delay after I submitted a request for service but they clarified the reason behind the delay. I really liked how they picked up the carpet and delivered it back and that was the biggest factor when looking for a company. They had a flexible schedule and was able to work around mine for pick up/delivery. While my rug was in their care they sent a video showing the cleaning process which was really neat to watch. The rug came back looking brand new. I will definitely book this service again with this company.

Ian was professional and prompt. My rugs were in pretty bad shape, but I loved their style so it was like getting brand new rugs again. And better than that, I didn’t have to go to the store to pick them out. Ian came and picked them up and brought them back to me.!!

BUYER BEWARE:
If i could leave a 0 star review, I would. I sent a 12ft long wool runner rug off to be cleaned after my dog had peed on it. I was told it would be picked up on Monday (12/08) however no one showed up. After calling and texting again, my rug was picked up on Tuesday (12/09.) There was absolutely nothing communicated to me until Friday (12/12.) I was told my rug was clean and would be dropped off that evening. When i received my rug back, it was bagged in a black trash bag (not closed or secured) and the rug was soaking wet. It was at this time that I noticed there were multiple holes in the rug that were not there when i sent it off. Pieces have been ripped off the rug and the backing is now falling off. It was a solid rug when I sent it to them. I was not warned about any damage that might’ve happened during the cleaning process, so this was very upsetting to find. I called the owner of the company, who told me to send him photos and he would see what he could do. After sending him the photos, he has ghosted me. I have received no response back, and my attempts to call have been sent to voicemail.
I am furious. This rug is what keeps my elderly dog safe from slipping in the house. I am now without a rug and have to front the costs to have the rug repaired - which is close to $500.
It is clear this company does not know the proper cleaning procedures for oriental wool rugs, and does not care about what condition rugs are returned in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR RUGS.

Very unprofessional, spoke to a young man at Home Depot and was very rude. I would not recommend this business to anyone in Washington.

Shauna and her team were great to work with. They spent 3 days deep cleaning my house and garage. A construction project in my house created thick dust that went into my furnace vent and spread it everywhere. Every inch of my home, inside of cupboards, and every item in my garage had to be physically touched and cleaned. The team did an excellent job. Shauna kept me apprised of arrival time, overview of the work, the schedule of every part of my house. Her communication was excellent, she called me a few days after completing the job to ensure that they didn’t miss anything. I highly recommend them. The task to clean my house seemed quite daunting, Shauna assured me that it would be spotless when they were done, and it was!
