Had and amazing experience with Homer at Loyal Carpet Cleaning! I manage a rental in Tacoma & the previous tenants had two dogs. When you walked into the place, the dog smell could smack you in the face. I was concerned that we would have to replace all the carpets. Not so with Loyal. Homer & his wife got in there and knocked it put in about an hour and a half. They did a great job and the dog smell was completely gone. The new tenant even came in and commented that the place smelled so nice! Very happy with the service. I will be calling Homer back again!

These people are the absolute best! I called them the weekend before asking for a Wednesday carpet cleaning. Homer agreed immediately, no problem at all. I had cats in my apartment who angry-peed on the carpet while I was packing to move—no smell at ALL after the cleaning. Homer sent me pictures of my clean carpets and of the dirt that came out of them to boot !! THANK YOU LOYAL, I will be coming to you if I need more carpet cleaning for sure!

Recently asked them to clean seven Karastan runners/rugs. Friendly, knowledgeable staff coordinated the drop-off and pick-up efficiently. All the rugs turned out very nice. During the initial visit we found they offer installation of a semi-permanent, non-slip backing to each rug. This eliminates the need for the regular rug pads and has the added advantage of lowering the overall thickness and lessening the tripping hazard. So far the rugs have stayed where they were laid even with an active pet. We had one glitch in a separate transaction which was handled quickly and satisfactorily.

We have had Jerry cleaning our carpets for some time and he has always done an outstanding job, he was very professional, friendly and respectful. WE were suprised this last time it wasn't Jerry he was on another job so we had Larry. Larry was also outstanding and did a fantastic job, we were impressed with his workmanship and professional approach while being friendly and informative. We would be happy to have either back next time.

We opted to have the rug picked up and those two guys were really good. Their recommendations were spot on. Hammond knolls have always done a first rate job. They are not cheap but no one else does what they do.

Travis did an excellent job with my tile cleaning and sealing. He explained to me other services the company provides and that they also can replace broken tiles.
