I’m very pleased with the services. The technician worked quickly and was thorough. I also appreciate the professionalism, quick response and kindness of the admin staff and manager.

UPDATE: Jacob came out to do our roof moss removal and gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and driveway/patio pressure washing. He was professional, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and was very efficient. Once he was done he showed me before and after pics and did a thorough job of cleaning up. Top notch work ethic! Very impressed!

Jalanta came out to our property to give us a quote (even tho it was snowing!) He was professional, personable, and very kind. He took drone photos of our roof and also did a property walk around to thoroughly inspect what he could see. The estimate sheet showed a few different packages with additional services which I appreciated and we did end up adding on a few more of those services. The prices were reasonable and competitive compared to quotes we’ve received from other companies, but the friendliness so far has been unmatched. Thoroughly enjoyed Jalanta’s demeanor - he made me feel good about spending money for roof cleaning 😆

I’ll update this review once we get our servicing done next week.

Jacob was here early and proceeded cleaning. He is polite & respectful. He cleaned our gutters, windows & sidings. I asked about our roof, he stated that it looked good, no molds. He showed me pictures of the gutters. Gutters were very clean. Windows were done last & looks good. Sidings are spotless, nice & shiny. Jacob did an excellent job. Thank you.

We had a great experience with our technician, Anatolii! He showed up promptly at 8am and finished around 3pm. Long day for him. He went above and beyond, even helping me get down some icicle lighting I still had up form Christmas 😅 the overall experience was super great and I would definitely hire him again for any future cleanings, highly recommend!

Very highly recommend! Very polite amd informative during free estimate with good prices. They flew a drone over to show me the moss hiding out of view was pretty thick. Got my roof, gutters and house cleaned. Crew was on time, friendly and I couldn't be happier with the results. Communication before and after work was pleasant and they respond quickly to questions and concerns. Thanks!

I had the moss removed from my roof, new gutter covers, and my patio and walkways power-washed. What a great way to get ready for summer. And, the pricing was great….they even have a 3-year warranty on the roof work. Amazing!!!

Mateo and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. At every step of the process they explained what they were doing and why. After the inspection was complete they were very clear on what they found and what was needed. A special note, they went above and beyond and checked our dryer vent and found that it was in dire need of cleaning and is a safety issue. We appreciate that effort. The estimates of services offered were clear and we appreciate that it came with no pressure to purchase. Mateo and his crew were professional and kind. A pleasure to have met and work with them. Matthew was knowledgeable, efficient, and got straight to the point. He had answers for any questions I had, and you could tell he cares about his work and the company he works for.

We had a great experience when Mateo came out to give us an estimate for roof cleaning. He walked through what he was seeing and the options we had. He was able to bundle a couple of other needed items (tree trimming and gutter cleaning), all for a reasonable cost.

Mateo was very professional and answered all the questions I had. He made the whole process from coming out and giving me a quote for the job; and explaining other services that the company offered easy to understand. I woukd definitely recommend Mateo and his team to family and friends.

I had my roof and gutter cleaned, siding of my entire house cleaned, driveway washed and dryer vent cleaned. The work performed is great and I am very satisfied. Working with Experienced Roof was very easy from the start to end. Loved their price too!

Asher did a wonderful job on our home . He was courteous, cheerful and knowledgeable. Hopefully, you can keep him on your staff for at least another 20 years. That should keep him available for the time I have left. If nothing else he gained the firm a loyal customer.

Mateo came to assess my roof and gutters and used a drone to show live footage — very impressive! He was professional, understood my concerns, and confirmed the work was needed. Although there was a slight delay in getting the quote, I appreciated the honest communication about the reason.

Once I approved the quote, the job was scheduled for 7/21 — but to my surprise, they called me earlier due to a cancellation and got the work done today! The tech who came out was also very communicative and professional, which I truly appreciated.
