I have had the pleasure of having Simpson Cleaning Solutions in my home for over two years, and they are WONDERFUL! One of the owners, Vivianna, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is kind, responsive, professional, and does an absolutely amazing job. I breathe a deep sigh of relief the moment I walk into my home after she has been there. This has been hands down the best gift we have given our family! 5 stars PLUS! Highly recommend!!

Since I have change cleaning companies this is by far the best and very reasonable service I have received. All cleaning services have been excellent by this group. It is is nice being able to have a daily print out of what was done . I also like that I can track the status of my cleaning via the MyTCA appt.

I still love my girl, E'sa, at The Cleaning Authority. She has been cleaning my house since April. I still stand by what I said about there's no one else I trust to clean my bathroom, no one is more attention to detail than she is and we've had a lot of teams come clean our house before. E'sa also doesn't treat us like we're just customers, but family, and it was refreshing to hear that she cleans my home like she would at her home.
I'm rewriting this review because Kylee left and Helena is now E'sa's partner and I need to give her the recognition she deserves! Helena is so bright and bubbly and she always has the brightest smile on her face when she's talking to me. She is an excellent cleaner who goes above and beyond to do the extra that we ask her to do.

I love my girls down at The Cleaning Authority - Tacoma, and I'm always excited when Tuesday rolls around.

did a nice job of cleaning our home and had friendly, positive attitudes while working. They took care with our property and responded willingly to any requests we had.

My first and last time using The Cleaning Authority to let clean my house was disappointing. I was quoted $300 for a team of two cleaners to do a standard general cleaning of which I thought was going to be done, by “professional cleaners”. Well the service I received was definitely not even close to $300 worth and for the size of my house should of been quoted over $400 but because my house “wasn’t that bad” I agreed to $300 instead. When the cleaners arrived to start their duties they started upstairs and was to clean a full bathroom and two small bedrooms which only one room was cleaned because my children were still asleep in one of the rooms. The bathroom wasn’t deep cleaned as expected and they couldn’t get build up toothpaste off my mirror but I as able to wipe it off just fine using a general non toxic biodegradable cleaner and microfiber towel. The garbage was not emptied and I live in a house of boys so as you can imagine, ky toilet area was filthy. The scrubber was still full of urine. The loft area was vacuumed and stairs and the one bedroom was vacuumed only. No windows sills or doors and doorknobs or walls were wiped down. Down stairs was a whole other story. Let’s just say I didn’t have to pay a cleaner to clean my house if it wasn’t professionally cleaned the way a professional should have cleaned. Too much to get into, All in all zero is what I should be able to give.

If you are looking for professionally done cleaning your house, it wont be a great choice with this company.

I requested professional cleaning for townhouse for moving out. two women came to my house this morning with their POV. They were super nice. one of them just started work few months ago and other one few week ago.

They did their best to clean the house but it wasnt professionally cleaned, they missed some spot to clean and One of living room curtain was broken during cleaning but It was too hot today and they did what they can do so i just let them go.

Yes i paid $576.19 and now I have to clean the house at least 2 more hours after using this company

The Cleaning Authority crews are always polite, professional, and do an excellent job. We love their eco-friendly products and attention to detail. Amber and Jada are terrific— we are so grateful for the help they provide our family!

I currently am disabled making it hard to bend down and scrub alot. Therefore I use cleaning authority to help with bathroom, kitchen and overall household chores like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming ect. The ladies are very friendly and do an amazing job. They totally understand what works for me and its just what I need. Highly recommend! The office staff is great as well. They are great at addressing and questions and concerns.

I used The Cleaning Authority last year, then took a break. Was grateful to have them back like nothing changed. Very professional, always on time, very friendly and thorough. Brenda and Hannah are like having your besties walk in the front door!

After receiving a brochure in the mail advertising their services, I called and spoke with a friendly and professional customer service rep who quoted a price and said a cleaning rep would call me back to schedule. After 5 days with no response, I called again and a different representative said they would look into the situation and definitely have a cleaning rep call me that day. That was 3 days ago. No call yet. Why send a brochure if you're not going to clean?
Update: Shortly after posting this negative review, I received a voice mail from the cleaning rep who said she'd tried to text me a couple of times. First of all, the customer service rep said I would receive a call, and secondly my phone doesn't take texts. Why was it too much trouble to actually make a call if I didn't respond to a text? I decided that a service that doesn't follow through on getting new business isn't going to be the service that will be diligent about keeping business.

Service was outstanding. The initial meeting to get the bid was quick and easy. Cleaner(s) we’re on time and did as good a job as I have ever experienced. Excellent. Detail oriented. Place was so clean when I got home from work. Highlight of my week!!!

Such a great group of ladies came and cleaned our house. I was so pleased with the job they did and their attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!
