My experience with Experienced Roof and Gutter Cleaning of Tacoma was really positive. I received fast, responsive, and thorough service with knowledge of what was included in my quote and a quick return of the team to deliver the service. The roof and gutter cleaning was also excellent and efficient, and I was impressed with the full team. I would highly recommend them!

Extremely happy with the service I received! Typically a person knocking on my door annoys me 😆 but both employees were polite and not pushy. I was pleasantly surprised when payment wasn't even mentioned!

Christian came out to do our roof and gutter cleaning today and we’re completely happy with our service from start to finish. Brian, who came out to do the initial inspection, said he would be over at 11am to do the work and Christian was right on time with thorough communication throughout the service. He also spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up after all the moss and grime came off the roof and gutters which we really appreciate. Just truly can’t express how happy we are with the work Christian did today! The price was about the same as we were quoted with another company, however Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning come with a 3 year warranty and inspections every 6 months included, so the value was unmatched.

We had another company decline the job after they had arrived a week late to do the job. We have a unique and very steep roof. The technician, Borys, for this company arrived during the estimated time period. He got to work right away. He was very professional and thorough. Our roof looks fantastic now. Even though there was also some drizzle during most of the job, the technician worked tirelessly to finish the job. There was quite a bit of moss on our roof and he not only cleaned the roof, he cleared the debris off our deck and sidewalks after he completed the roof. I highly recommend this company. The attached picture is a before photo. If you zoom in, you can see how incredibly steep our roof is.

Metao was the gentleman who came out to give us the estimate and we liked him right away. No pressure and really listened to what we were looking to have done. We were worried we’d have to reschedule due to road sealing and he made sure to keep the appointment. We really appreciated that he was able to schedule the work to be done so quickly too. Jacob did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning my gutters and roof. I have a very steep roof and the upper gutters had not been cleaned out in years. Jacob worked meticulously until all gutters were sparkling clean and all debris was removed from the roof. In addition he did a great job of cleaning up.

We had our roof, gutters, house and windows cleaned and the work was top notch. Not only was the technician prompt and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience and detail. There turned out to be a few things wrong with the house and the technician pointed them out to us so we can prevent damage on the future. I had a soft wash roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. My technician, Jacob, was very professional, cordial, and respectful. He did a walk through around the house before and after the service, including showing me photos of his work. I highly recommend this company and request Jacob as your technician if timing permits.

Matthew explained process for my roof cleaning very thoroughly. He was punctual and came when he said he would. Price was reasonable. And Asher came and did an excellent job on my roof.

Anatolii was fantastic! Very friendly, and he worked hard to get the roof and dryer vent done. Even in the pouring rain! Our house had insane amounts of moss on the roof, and he cleaned every inch of it away. I can’t recommend experienced roof and gutters enough

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. JJ showed up right in time and did most of his work while I finished a phone call. Gave me a great price and scheduled it for the very next day. Zach and Jacob showed up and got the job done quickly and I couldn’t be happier. The guys were all very professional and did great work. Highly recommend them.

I worked with Matt, who came to my home with so much respect and professionalism to give me a quote. He was so considerate of my little ones at home, he didn’t pressure me to make any decisions and he was very thorough in explaining what it is that they do. This the second time I have had Experienced Roof over for the roof. The first time was to clean and soft wash the moss away, and this time was to clean the roof of debris after the strong storms we recently were hit with. I had Experience Roof and Gutter team to clean roof + gutter with moss treatment. Great experience with them! Their technician worked on it for 3 hours and the moss is all taken care of.

Matthew was very professional and did a very thorough inspection before giving me a quote. The quote was well laid out and easy to understand with an alla carte menu showing the cost for each item and what it would cost to do all of them or individually. We have opted to do only some of the work at this time And we’ll have them come back in the spring to do window cleaning.

Christian did an excellent job on our house last week. We had almost everything done that they offer (roof and gutter cleaning, windows, siding, downspout hydro jetting, dryer vent cleaning) and everything was done well. Christian was a great communicator all along the way and did everything well. Our house looks great and the mountain of moss he took off our roof was amazing. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was top notch.

Mateo who did our estimating was also great. He did a great job explaining the different service options in a no pressure way and we saved a lot of money getting everything done at once.

We have been using Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning for a few years now to clean our roof and gutters, and we also had them install our gutter guard system. Their service is exceptional, with great communication from both the owner and the technician who handles our maintenance.

I appreciate that they take the time to capture before-and-after photos while on our roof to show the results. Our technician, Anatolii, shared the pictures with me and also cleared away any additional debris from the cleaning.
