Diligent, friendly individuals each time we get a service. Seems a bit expensive but it’s sure nice to have the whole house cleaned the same day.
I wish we would be given a better estimate of when they would arrive. We sat around for several hours waiting for them to arrive. It felt like a terrible waste of time for us.
Once they arrived they got right to work and were done and gone in 1 hour. They did a great job.
We loved this team. Professional, friendly, great results.

We love the rotation cleaning schedule with TCA. They do a maintenance cleaning of the whole house each time but detail a couple focus area in particular. Nadia, Carlos, and Conny are so fast and thorough!

Well, we started with The Cleaning Authority about a month ago. We started off on what I thought was a rocky road. I was not completely happy and let Kim know. She scheduled another team to come out and fix it the very next day. Since then, my house just sparkles ✨️. I highly recommend you call for an appointment today!

My first deep cleaning (post construction after months of remodeling) was excellent. It felt so good to come home to a house that was clean from top to bottom. I was impressed by the thorough attention to detail, especially in a guest bathroom that literally sparkled for the first time since I moved in!

After posting a well deserved 5 star review of The Cleaning Authority in December 2024, unfortunately our experience with their house cleaning services has deteriorated. In March, they did such a poor job, we decided to terminate doing business with them. Kudos to their operations manager, Kaeden, who reached out to us to try to remedy the situation. After visiting our home and seeing how poorly the cleaning crew had done, she offered us two free cleanings with the option of continuing with their services if we were happy with the cleanings. We were and decided to give them another chance. They did well for a while, but yesterday’s cleaning was worse than the one in March. The vacuuming was rushed, there were dirty spots and streaks on our laminate flooring, and crumbs left on the kitchen counter. I called immediately to cancel further cleanings. In all fairness, some of the employees do a great job, but others don’t . It’s too hit or miss. No one should have to clean up after the cleaners. We’re done with The Cleaning Authority.

I called multiple times to speak with management and even the HR department here and no call backs - Smh poor service!

We’ve used The Cleaning Authority for years now, and it’s so lovely to come home to a sparkling clean house when they’ve been here! Most recently, Tiara, Rosa, and Nadia did a spectacular job. Our newly remodeled kitchen, which has been a dusty mess all summer, was so clean as the area of focus, but these three ladies cleaned every other area of our house with equal care and attention. We are so grateful!

We were so impressed with the cleaning. They paid attention to details and left us many surprises. It was the little things they did. Arranging our bathroom counters, our blankets were folded nice, kitchen counters and our dining table.
They deserve the award for cleaning and smaller details.

Their names were Carlos, Conny and Nadia.

They did an awesome job in my gross little apartment. I would recommend a deep clean if you are in need of getting out of a rut from a dirty place. Really good customer service on the phone. The cleaner that I talked to in person was a great listener and they did a wonderful job. Thanks Tidy Vibe!!!

Tidy Vibe came through for me in a bind and I’m so grateful for them. My cleaners, Christeen, Evelyn, and Cameron, were AWESOME. All three were super nice, personable, in addition to being thorough and speedy. Can’t recommend them enough!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Tidy Vibe! Communication is very easy and response times are usually pretty quick. Our dedicated cleaner is wonderful! She treats our home with care and is so great to work with. We also really love the culture of Tidy Vibe; they pay living wages, provide benefits and exhibit a great deal of value for their team.

We had Mellie, Ja'Nay, and Sierra from Tidy Vibe over this week for our first clean. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were also friendly and did a great job working around us while we worked from home. Their quality of work and attention to detail is exceptional. All surfaces and floors are spotless. We're grateful to have a clean home and look forward to working with the Tidy Vibe team going forward!

From top to bottom the crew cleaned our home in places that would never have made our list. It feeling refreshing to have a clean start and feel like the house isn’t so unmanageable.

Very good deal, worth every penny! Great communication leading up to and during the “move out” cleaning process. They were on time sent lots of pics since I couldn’t be there. Fast, friendly, professional and very fair pricing. Would use again and highly recommend to everyone.
