We’ve been using Tidy Vibe for 2 years now and have always had a great experience. Today Cat came to do our regular clean, and after she left I was amazed to discover that she had taken the time to scrub some old, caked-on cat litter off of our bathroom floor! It may sound strange, but the litter is a similar color to the tile and had been flattened over time by walking, so you can’t immediately tell it’s there. I had planned to scrub it off myself later, and was expecting the task to take a lot of hand work. Cat took care of it during the regular clean without being asked or taking more time than usual! I’m very impressed with Cat’s work!

Taylor, Brandy, and Angelique were excellent! Very professional and communicative about the timeline, and the cleaning process. When I walked in at the end I could immediately feel a big difference, the place feels so much better now. It’s definitely a great weight and time saver on my move. I’d absolutely have or recommend Tidy Vibe again

Tidy Vibe started cleaning my house a few months ago, and it has been life changing. I had a service cleaning before but I knew that my house could be cleaner. Tidy Vibe confirmed this for me. Their cleaners really take pride in getting things sparkling cleaning. My stove looks brand new, and my house has much less dust. I can breathe easier now. They are wonderful to work with. The communication is terrific, from the supervisors to the cleaners to the person who calls after the cleaning to ask how it was. I know they care and want to do a good job for me. They are also very friendly with my dog.

Colbs, Cat and Amber did an amazing job cleaning my apartment! They were super professional, sweet and took care of everything quickly. I felt very comfortable and was even able to get some work done while they did their thing. Took a huge weight off my plate with my upcoming move. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend Tidy Vibe!

I'm absolutely thrilled that I chose Tidy Vibe to keep our apartment super spiffy! We moved to WA three years ago from the San Francisco/Bay Area where we had a wonderful cleaning service for our house for 25 years and I had doubted I'd find a company as good when we moved. Surprise--I did! Tidy Clean has been ridiculously responsive to my many needs: I needed the cleaning to go more quickly, they added a second person; I needed them to come 30 minutes later, they enthusiastically had my team wait until it was more convenient for me. Angie and Julia were nice, efficient, and very well trained. A winner all around! Bravo!

Excellent cleaning service! I have hired previous companies and was disappointed each time. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and the crew that cleaned my home was excellent! Felt like such a treat. Definitely recommend!

Since I don't use the service more than once every four weeks, I've had a few different folks come, but every single one has done and excellent job! They show up on time (and sometimes early!), do great work, and are very accommodating to any specific requests I make. They are always understanding about the cat toys I miss picking up and generally leave my home feeling very refreshed.

I was particularly appreciative of Jamasyn, who was able to come early and just rolled with me finishing up what I wanted to get done first, and was just very chill and positive about the whole thing. She then did an excellent job while I took care of things in another room.

I'd highly recommend this service to anyone!

Tabitha, Jamasyn, and Cameron were SO kind and nice and did a PHENOMENAL job! My house looks better than when I first moved in, I am so grateful. I have a dog who loves to bark and they were very accommodating. HIGHEST of kudos and recommendation for them.

We have tried a few different cleaning companies with less the stellar results. Today, we had the luck of being paired with Catherine as our house cleaner, and she did more in her "routine" cleaning than other "deep" cleaners have accomplished. She was kind, efficient, and so thorough. With this level of cleaning, I will be sticking with Tidy Vibe for a long time.

WOW! Just wow. I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Tidy Vibes. Amazing communication, stellar results. Walking home after a long day and seeing clean floors, then seeing clean mirrors, and then windows - just wow!! From the baseboards to the neatly organized kids stuff to the gleaming shower doors - I don't think I've ever seen my house so clean.

After spending years with someone who cleaned houses as a side gig, our family was searching for a reliable team we could count on for a monthly cleaning. While we've only had the first initial clean, I am blown away with the amazing results and will be recommending Tidy Vibes to anyone. Well worth a little extra expense for a stress-free experience with amazing results.

This is my fourth experience using Tidy Vibe - I asked for a "big" quarterly clean of my house and I was not disappointed! She did such an amazing job and the attention to detail was incredible - which I appreciated, having small kids running around. I will definitely schedule with Tidy Vibe again!

Very disappointed!!! At first glance, everything looked good but as I looked closer, there was dirt and grime everywhere. I specifically scheduled a deep clean for our home as we were listing it to sell. I specifically asked for the baseboards, doors and walls to be cleaned. They were not at all. After the cleaners left, I had had to re clean the house on my own. (When I called to complain later in the week, they said they could have sent cleaners back out to clean what as missed but I did not have time to te schedule with them as the home was cleaned literally the day before we were listing it). I only needed to use hot water and soap to clean the doors, baseboards and walls, no special chemicals. It honestly felt like the cleaners did the bare minimum and left as soon as possible. They did give me a 25% discount when I called to complain, which I was disappointed in. I ordered a DEEP CLEAN and it didn’t even feel like a normal cleaning. I also was very disappointed that I had to take time out of my already busy day to deep clean my own home.

Very happy with first Tidy Vibe cleaning done by Angelina W., Alaiah M., Heather S. They were timely, efficient, thorough, and able to accommodate our routine while they cleaned. They also cleaned some areas that had been neglected by a previous company. Communication was good before and after. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Tobee did an absolutely amazing job. The attention to detail was outstanding, and everything was left spotless and beautifully organized. It’s clear Tobee takes real pride in their work. Walking into such a clean, refreshed home was a wonderful feeling. Thank you so much!

Krista, the owner of Tidy Vibes, is attentive and truly listens to client concerns. Although my initial cleaning took place over six months ago, she was still willing to make things right and graciously offered a complimentary cleaning. She personally followed up with me both before and after the service to ensure any questions or concerns were addressed. Overall, I had a great experience and received excellent service from Krista and the Tidy Vibes team.

For the cleaning itself- Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. Shauna went above and beyond by doing a detailed walkthrough both before and after the cleaning to ensure every concern was addressed and that I was completely satisfied. She even extended the time to ensure the work was delivered to a high standard. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality of this team!

Excellent Care! Who regrets a clean home???
You know when you see the state of your home and you immediately grab your keys because anywhere is better than being in there? Yea that was my x3 with multiple family transitions and burn out.So this was really out of my comfort zone.
Today, 2 ladies from Tidy Vibe Cleaning came out and snatched my kitchen and 3 bathrooms all together. My family walked in and I swear we saw that animated sparkle gleam off the kitchen counters. Bonus points because they used only eco-friendly products, so no noxious smelling "clean" clouding our space and they respected my no shoe request. I look forward to using their service again!

I hired Tidy Vibe on behalf of a friend with extra mobility needs after their living space fell into disrepair. I called it a depression mess clean up, the first session was to focus on the living room/kitchen and the second session they tackled the bedroom. My fairy godchild is sleeping in his own bed, our family friend is able to keep up the basic maintenance now that the hardest cleaning is done, and they were able to get building maintenence in to fix things they were too anxious to call to have fixed because they didn't want anyone in their space in its previous state. They're calling me every day just thrilled with their home, sent me photos of the band shirts they folded and organized even.
I'm out of town a lot and knowing this crew is helping my friends has taken so much off everyone's shoulders.
My own home recently experienced a mini disaster and I'll be hiring them for my space pretty soon too.
