The star rating is actually zero, but that would remove the ability to post this comment. Yes, it was really that low. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity this company exhibits. For starters, they are advertised as local and they are NOT local. And they CHARGE exorbitant prices for their travel time from Tacoma. Further, the young employee was not familiar with my appliance and spent a lot of time just sitting and looking at it, loosening screws only to tighten them and the same with his wrench re/fasteners. Continued defending his lack of knowledge spending more time. This turned out to be not only a disappointment, but a safety concern to have someone supposedly qualified to work on my appliance only to find out he was neither qualified nor the slightest bit familiar (this is where the defending his lack of knowledge came in). To make matters even worse, he hung out in his van reportedly awaiting a call back re/supposed needed parts, until an hour's time was reached so I would be charged a full hours time for his 'work.' We really wanted to keep it 'local' when we went with this company. This was a negative experience that will never be repeated. Dishonesty on top of these other issues warrants leaving a warning comment for others who think they may wish to do business with this company. BEWARE. "Sometimes milk masquerades as cream, things are not always as they seem" or as they are stated!!
