I don't know how this company has a 4.9 rating because their inspection estimate is a rip-off! Yelp has them as 1.9! They showed me pictures of someone else's defective ducts and parts! The inspector's "Supervisor" is just a salesman and their main goal is to lye to you to get you to spend money on unnecessary work. They claimed that I needed a whole new duct system and wanted to charge $18k! I told them that I wanted to do my due diligence and they kept persisting on me signing a contract. They didn't respect my opinion and continued to push!!!!!
It's a good thing that I don't believe in pushy salesman and that type of tactic.
Before you hire this company, know what your duct system looks like. Taking pictures is the best thing to do. Get a 2nd or even 3rd opinion!!! A true respectful company won't harass a potential client!!!! They also will try to work with you!!!!
