Needed a river rock border around the house to keep pests away and Urban Roots came to our rescue! I appreciated their respect for my time, effective communication, minimal wait times, and quality of work.

I want to give an extra shout out to Blady and Udiel who were on the project for the entire duration, as well as Charly and Jamai who were also present at times.

These guys are fantastic! Long story short is that due to my working overtime in a fairly physical position, and my wife being disabled, we weren’t able to keep up on our yard through the spring and beginning of summer. Thus, the place was a mess. Old planter boxes that were falling apart, ivy, the dreaded blackberry bushes… the list goes on. Urban Roots really knocked it out of the park, and helped us get back to neutral mode so we can start again fresh for the rest of the year. They even talked to my wife about a few ideas for future landscaping and offered suggestions. We absolutely will be return customers!

We had 7 yards of wood chip mulch spread around our property by Jose, Mike and Jeremy from Urban roots landscaping. They did a great job. Their communication was great and the really worked to make the final product exactly as we wanted it. They worked very quickly too, literally jogging with wheel barrows full of Mulch. What a work ethic. Urban roots was prompt with the initial quote and stuck to the agreed schedule.

I recently had Urban Roots create a new perimeter garden around my back yard. It was probably the rainiest day in November, but that did not stop the physically hard and completed job that Udiel and Jacarei provided, in one day!!! It changes the vibe in my back yard. I love it.

Several months ago Urban Roots replaced my pest-destroyed back lawn with new sod. They worked efficiently and quickly, and the project was completed sooner than estimated. I have received many compliments on my new lawn.

This week I saw a UR crew finishing a job in my neighborhood and asked if they would be able to whack down some impressive weeds for me. They graciously and quickly did it for me before heading to their next job. I appreciated their friendly and professional willingness to help me out on the spur of the moment.

The two-man crew arrived on time and completed the job with great care.

His team showed up on time, didn’t take a break, got the yard situated, did a great job putting things back in place; while still taking time to educate me on the process of proper maintenance. Urban Roots has been great so far regarding lawn maintenance, so we figured we would give them a shot at a larger project. We had them clean out our flower beds and reshape the bushes along the front of our house. Everything was overgrown, vines growing up the walls, etc. Mike and Jeremy were amazing and very professional. Spoke with them in the morning to confirm the scope, they worked throughout the day and reviewed the project with me when completed. The effort is much appreciated gentlemen!

Dylan and the team at Urban Roots are fantastic! This is our first experience with a landscaping company and I'm happy we found them. Dylan was responsive to our request for a quote, and it was very easy to schedule services. Jose & Eduar were very friendly, and they worked so fast! We were shocked at how thorough the job was and the time in which it took them. Our backyard has needed some love for some time and it's a huge relief for us to have it done. Our yard desperately needed a winter cleanup. Dylan was super responsive and quick to give us an estimate. Shortly after Blady and Seth came out and made shockingly fast work of our jungle. It looks fantastic. Absolutely recommend.

Nathan and Paul performed our weekly service today and did an excellent job making our yard look great before the holidays! I also had a helpful conversation with Nathan—he made thoughtful suggestions for landscaping improvements and clean-up, and talked me through some problem areas with water pooling and weeds. We are so happy we went with Urban Roots Landscaping! They did a fantastic job and our yard has never looked better. Our yard was a mess, unorganized, and ugly. It’s transformed into a neatly edged and clean looking yard now. As well, they power washed our patio deck and I’ve never seen it look so nice!! They knew we were getting our yard and deck done for a wedding event and it was so nice how much they wanted to make sure it was perfect for our event. We will definitely be using them again!!
