We were very pleased with the service provided by Royce Christianson. It was obvious that he was a highly skilled plumber and knew what he was doing. In clear terms he gave us three options for dealing with our problem. We chose the one best suited to our needs and he promptly did the job. No complaints. We were so impressed that we signed up for Bob’s extended service plan as we feel the with employees like Royce we will be in good hands. Our thanks to you guys.

The installers did a great job on our replacement water heater. They were very professional and made sure we understood what they were doing. The installation looked very nice when done. They did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done.
