We use AdvantaClean to remove mold in our house. The process takes three days - insulation removal, mold remediation, and insulation installation. Josh and Stephanie went above and beyond to provide protection and safety precautions to our property. They patiently took time to remove all the mold and left the workspace nice and clean.

I’m an idiot I admit it! I flooded the basement from the upstairs sink. what a nightmare. I called Frontline and they were so reassuring that I’m not an idiot. But that’s Debatable. I just can’t believe how lucky I was to find these guys. An amazing team of workers came out to assess the situation and explain to me what they were going to need to do. They efficiently started vacuuming up as much water as They could.. They then set up dehumidifiers and fans which ran for many days because it was a pretty bad Situation. They came every day to check on the moisture in the kitchen and basement, which was unbelievably flooded (my fault.) the company worked with the insurance company and what I thought was gonna be an unbelievable headache turned out to be so workable because of Frontline. The guys, Jamal and Darius (and others) came every day to check on the progress of drying everything out. they became like family. I trust these guys implicitly to do a great job.. thanks so much everyone. What went from a living hell turned into what made my life so much easier. Thanks everyone!

Each person that came out to work on my property for the flood cleanup and restoration was so kind and respectful and caring. They were thorough in assessing damages and working directly with my insurance company. At times i did feel like the communication with the insurance adjuster was a bit aggressive but my adjuster didn't seem phased by it. I am grateful for their persistence in pursuing the insurance company. Frontline was very communicative of the process and timelines and also very responsive to my emails and questions. There were a couple of hiccups along the way and Frontline handled it was integrity and good customer service. I'm very happy with the finished product and absolutely recommend them!

While not perfect ( I’ve never had a project that was) the work was good and any problems were resolved to my satisfaction. Jake handled dealing with my difficult insurance adjuster which certainly made things go more smoothly. The workers arrived when scheduled and worked efficiently. I would definitely work with them again

We used Frontline Fire & Flood to remedy and repair water damage at our rental. They were quick to get to our property to assess the damage and get dehumidifiers going. We worked with multiple employees, and they were all wonderful. It was an easy process with insurance due to the thorough documentation they provided. I highly recommend working with Frontline.

Darius Williams returned to my home for a follow up visit after my plumber completed his work. Again Darius was amazing in the clean up and disinfectant process. He made my craw space look like no one was down there. Darius is an extremely valuable asset to Frontline and in my opinion should be in a training and leadership position as he is such a professional.

Water damage is never a fun experience, but the Frontline team delivered excellent results from start to finish. They also were instrumental in helping me understand a complicated process.

Jamal handled the actual restoration work and was prompt, courteous, and very easy to work with. He did a great job cleaning up and thoroughly drying everything out. Jake managed the process overall and was equally great. The whole team has been communicative, responsive, and on top of things throughout.

Both Jamal and Jake made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I always felt informed about what was happening and what to expect next. I hope to never have a leak like this again, but if I do, I will absolutely rely on the Frontline team.

We had an unfortunate plumbing issue that resulted in water damage to the house. We had Frontline out quickly for remediation work to resolve the water issue and prepare for restoration. We have been so impressed with the team. Great guys to work with and the have done a super job. Really appreciated Darius, Jamal, and Josh, who were the team that came out. They showed care and professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Darius, Austin, Danny and Jamal were an incredible team working on our basement that got flooded from a washing machine leak. Frontline were really communicative through the whole process, the crew was super clean and explained everything they were doing. We were really impressed with how well everything got sealed off - There was no dust in the rest of the house during the demo phase.

Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and hard work were fantastic.

We got a few quotes for the work that needed to be done, and Darius and his crew were the only ones that would actively manage the work with our insurance company, vs us having to do that leg work too.

All in all, really happy with the quality of the work, and the folks working our job.
