The service i received from all of the gentlemen, Nathan, Michael and Alex was wonderful. Nathan took the time to explain the whole process and he kept checking back to see how things were progressing. He is very knowledgeable. Micheal did a great job as well. He was very attentive to all the little details. I would highly recommend Rainbow International to anyone I know.

Michael went above and beyond to help us with our home. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. Office staff was just as great. 10/10 recommend Rainbow Restoration.

I have to say, that I would give the a 15 out of 10. Rainbow crews were all professional. They were knowledgeable and shared the needed information with me as they performed the mitigation in the house - that included removing the areas that the water had reached. I would have them again as they were absolutely the best.
They have gone beyond what I would have expected, and have heard other services provide. I am very pleased with Nathan and his team. Everything from the Packout crew to the demo team was over the top the best.

Hands down 5 stars across the board! They were extremely thorough throughout all aspects of the job. Explained everything there were doing and gave a precise timeline. Michael listened to our concerns and made us feel at ease with the process, he showed up hours after our insurance called and got the process started. End result, it was a quick efficient process and our house is dry! Not only do I recommend their services, if I need similar services again, I will request them! We can't say enough good things about Michael. He takes pride in his job and customer satisfaction! Hire these guys!

The Rainbow Restoration team was there and ready to get started when we needed them most. They worked along side our insurance company to make sure we had the best results possible for our family to move forward. Their team is easy to work with and very efficient.

Dealing with water damage is definitely not fun — it’s stressful, messy, and honestly just a headache. Michael and his team at Rainbow Restoration made it so much easier to get through. They set everything up perfectly, taped down cords, and made sure I could still live comfortably in my home while the drying and repairs were happening. We had water damage in 2 rooms. Michael our Project Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our home be repaired in adequate time and ready for a remodel. I will always recommend Rainbow to all homeowners when needing restoration.

I needed to have a restoration team come to my house and check out my subfloor. Michael from Rainbow restoration showed up. Michael was very professional,friendly and helpful. After checking under my house. Showed some pictures and informed me he would have a team set up the requiremented equipment to properly dry out my house.
Emmanuel and Anthony showed up to set up the equipment. They were both professional, friendly and helpful. Days later Emmanuel and Alex showed up check all the area insuring my house was dry. Both the subfloor and the flooring trusts underneath. Once again they took pictures to show me the trusts underneath. I am very happy using Rainbow restoration. I hope I do not ever need to use a restoration team again but if I do it would definitely use Rainbow Restoration.

Josh and Stephanie were very professional. They kept me informed of each step as it was being performed and asked if I had any questions. They were always on time. They ensured that the mold would not spread throughout the house while working. I would recommend Advanta Clean to anyone.

The entire AdvantaClean team is wonderful. From the help I received on the phone to the guys who came out to my house. Jared, Justin, Josh, and Dustin as well as a few i cannot remember (sorry) were not only friendly and professional, but also provided information and explained everything they were doing and what to expect. It was a very stressful time but the knowledge and expertise they provided alleviated so much of the stress. After their work was done a new problem presented due to no fault of theirs. When I called about this they were out the same day and found the problem. I hope I never find myself in this situation again but if I do I won't call anyone else.

Josh and his team were amazing. They were diligent in prep, demolition, monitoring, adjusting, and clean up for my water damage. They also kept clear communication with my insurance company and made sure insurance knew every step of the process. Josh- the project manager, is extremely on top of what he’s doing and the plan. His team, Josh and Amber as well as another very nice man, kept photos and updates flowing. They respected my home like it was their own. I truly hope I never need them again haha but will happily refer out. Thanks team!

Jared and team (Jesse and Roberto) were all great! We had mold in our attic, a little more than we bargained for. Jared was very thorough in his walk through/evaluation and took the time to explain what was happening and why and offered a couple different approaches to remedy the situation. Jesse and Roberto showed up right on time for the scheduled work and completed efficiently and quicker than originally anticipated. Both were incredibly friendly and professional and patient working around my little kids. Had the team back a couple weeks later for duct cleaning and will continue using AdvantaClean of South Sound for future needs (although I hope mold is never one of those needs again). Thanks to all!

Not only did Jared, the owner, come out same day to check our crawl space, but he was professional, thorough, and demonstrated his expertise. The call reception service was friendly and helpful. I would recommend AdvantaClean and would use them again in the future. You don't find this level of customer service every day.

No one ever wants an unexpected water leak or break that results in damage. However, if that were to happen, then you will want to contact AdvantaClean. They came out on a weekend when we had an issue and immediately stabilized our situation and initiated a mitigation plan. Within a week our area was dry and safe. Very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. I can't imagine going with another company.

We had a great experience with Advantaclean of the South Sound, Jared Toppenberg, and his crew. I found their work and professionalism to be of a high caliber. We had a terrible leak in our master bath that caused the hardwood floor in the bedroom and all of the bathroom tile to be replaced. Part of the process involved making sure that all of the mold and moisture were eliminated. We have a whole new look and feel in our master suite now. I would not hesitate to use them again and will not hesitate recommending them to others.

The two ladies who helped me today with my dryer vents were fantastic. Very easy to deal with, professional and for a good price. Also gave me some tips on what to watch out for in the future, all in all happy that I canceled my appointment with the other company and went with these guys.
