We recently had Serv-Pro at our house for a water leak and Will and his team did an excellent job! Will did a great job of communicating through the whole process and his boss Burgis showed up one day to check progress and try other solutions. We really appreciated the communication between the Team as well. Will, Joe, Burgis, Lloyd, and Floyd worked together for the best outcome. I especially appreciated how personable Will and Joe were. They put us at ease. We would definitely choose Serv-Pro again. Thanks guys for all your work and effort!

Burgess, Moe and crew were great to work with and did a good job with handling our water damage. They took care in removing our granite counter top, cabinets and all contents.

We had our basement flood on a Monday evening and throughout the night. We called the company the next morning and they quickly arrived and gave us a quote. Great service from Drew and Lloyd and with the Office member on the phone.

I contacted SERVPRO after already paying a hefty amount for a professional mold inspection. I explained that the mold had already been identified and I simply needed a remediation quote. Despite that, they wanted to charge $350 + tax just to come visually look at the mold and give an estimate. There was no need for them to locate or test the mold because I already did that. Charging $350 just to provide a quote felt excessive and unreasonable. Their pricing for this step seems crazy, and I would strongly recommend looking at other companies and getting multiple quotes before working with them.

Moe and team did an amazing job drying our home after the water supply snapped behind toilet. Very professional and knowledgeable. They even were great with our big dog. Thank you Moe, Burg, Sean, Drew and Heather. Highly recommend SERVPRO of Tacoma

Great team that did a great job with water mitigation at my place. 4 stars because of two things.
1. The assigned PM could do a better job at communicating and providing updates on the timelines of when the job is expected to be completed. As the customer, I should not be reaching out every single time to get updates just to be given a non conclusive update.
2. Could do better a packing out stuff, a TV sized box should not have one tiny item packed in it and the rest of the space filled with papers. Takes alot of time to unpack these single items.

This crew was great! Their communication and professionalism was outstanding. From the beginning of our project to the end they were prompt to get work started and completed. They were always friendly and portrayed a positive attitude and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Amazing experience! Great communication and awesome work. Followed up after their initial visit to make sure everything was dried completely. Communicated with my insurance so all I had to do was watch them do their thing.
