Joe was such a big help for us! He made sure everything was done right and explained what he was about to do. Made sure to call/text to let us know when he was arriving for the job. Definitely go with these guys!!!! Better than service master in my opinion.

After a second floor washer flooded into my kitchen, this team came promptly and worked hard and smart. William (and his team) saved the hardwood floors, dried out the timbers and took down insulation and wallboard for replacement. Excellent job. And they kept me calm and well-informed.

10/10 for ServePro. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Will was very kind and explained everything in a way I could understand. I appreciated their timeliness and great communication! I hope to never having another flooding incident ever again. But if I do, I’d call them EXPEDITIOUSLY!

Moe and his crew were thorough, conscientious, and friendly. They accommodated our concerns at every stage and tried their best to keep demolition to a minimum. We were well taken care of from the day they arrived.

Andrew the team lead (and Marquise his project manager) did a fantastic job of getting the dry out and tear out done in our two rooms that had a pipe burst. Andrew and his team were polite, professional, and helped me keep my sense of humor about this small disaster. I was kept up on timeframes, and they showed up when they said they would.

Before he left, Andrew took time to explain what they found, thus saving us a bunch of money putting in insulation we didn't in fact need. They were careful of our furniture and our cat. Before they left they double checked to make sure everything was dried out and we were fully ready for the next stage of repair.

I would recommend them to anyone who's had a home disaster. Much appreciated and job well done!

ServPro responded very quickly after I contacted them. Patched a hole in my roof - fortunately, as the next morning we had more rain. Moe and Drew removed the wet insulation from my attic, and checked daily to see that a soaked ceiling was drying properly. Always showed up when they said they would and cleaned up thoroughly after their work. Thank you.

We had Moe and Will come help us with our flooded laundry room, kitchen and basement and we were impressed with both of them. They knew what needed to be done and were very accommodating to our wishes. We felt like we had met two very nice friends. The results were extremely well done and everything was nice and dry. Moe and his crew were exceptional. They were professional and trustworthy. The work they did and the speed at which they completed their tasks was remarkable. The whole crew was constantly happy and if a problem arose, they would solve it and still complete their tasks on time. I would recommend this crew to any family member or friend if they needed their service. My family and I consider us lucky to have landed Moe and his crew. Burgess as the project manager was very helpful and his communication each time was quick and timely. Having our house flood was chaotic and stressful, but this crew undeniably was a positive experience for my family and I.

Servpro of Tacoma has done a great job for us. They were able to come onsite asap, assess our situation, come up with a game plan, and do it all smoothly. During each trip down, the onsite techs were friendly, communicative, and knew what they were doing. Regardless of which tech I spoke to, he knew the work and what needed to be done. They explained each step and what potential issues may arise. Once it was near completion, they explained the results, and even offered services to repair damage from our situation. This team was prompt, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend their services and though I hope not to need their services again, if I ever do, I will reach out to this team!

Came home to a water mess in our home. Almost as quickly, the crew from Servpro started cleaning it up. Nice personable people, supportive and knowledgeable of the work they do.

I am just elated at the professional workmanship of the crew that came out to my house to clean up and fix my floors in the Kitchen and sun room and laundry room.
Burg the project manager was excellent he described the full process of repairing the kitchen floor and laundry room floor and sun room floor. He left no stone unturned in the information and process of clean up, repair of all effected areas he also answered all of my questions regarding the situation he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job and I felt very confident that the job would be completed with perfection the crew that came out to do the work Moe and Nick are the best knowledgeable and courteous friendly people. When they arrived they first covered the floor as to not damage it then began putting in the equipment needed , they carefully removed furniture and boxed up small items and carefully placed them away from work areas. They were also working very fast and efficiently at the processes to dry the affected areas. Nick was very attentive about the process of drying out the areas that were affected by coming out each day to monitor the progress of the drying and to take care of any other issues that may be present . Moe was the best he knew everything that was going on and every process and timing of each to keep everything progressing foreword. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to take on this project, and they had great respect for me and my home and the job at hand.
If ever anything having to do with repair of my home happens again I will definitely be calling Servpro! And anyone that has or needs help in this manner I recommend Servpro.

Just like a lot of people in the PNW a few weeks ago, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a broken pipe in our garage attic. Moe and his crew were assigned to us and I'm super happy they were. They exceeded all expectations.

Moe is probably one of the nicest individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His approachability and professionalism immediately put us at ease. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that him and his team were there to help in any way they could. They were super thorough in their inspection and cleanup, leaving no stone unturned to ensure that our garage was returned to its pre-damage state.
