I had a window pane replaced and it went as smoothly as possible. The team was responsive and communicative. I'll go back to them if I need more window work done.

I had some seals in my Milgard wndows fail and ECE did the work to replace the glass for me. It was easy to work with them, one initial phone call and follow ups by text/email messages after that. RIley came out to take measurements and later came back when the glass was ready to do the actual replacement. The work was very well done.

Emerald City Energy did a fantastic job with our windows installation. It was delivered and installed on time, the work areas were clean, runners put down on carpet. We also had broken glass from a weed eater incident replaced from a window we purchased a few years back from ECE.
Quality product (Milgard) and most importantly the process was painless with fair & competitive pricing.

Great experience! Im so happy with my new doors and windows! The whole process was painless from estimate to install. Martin and his crew did a wonderful job and kept me informed throughout the process. I had one small window not being replaced but it was missing some vinyl at the top, Martin even took care of that! 100% would recommend!

What a gem in Bothell. Very friendly and informative on our replacement windows. The installation crew fantastic. We got lucky and got two teams so was done in half the time. They were meticulous from start to finish. They worked with all our concerns. The end result was great improvement and looks to our house.

Amazing work! Very professional! Martin And Alberto did an amazing work on our windows! Martin has an amazing ability to look outside of the box and he found out that there was structural damage to the house that he promptly fixed. He insists on nothing less than perfect and addressed every concern or question that we had and even went beyond.

Tipton did a great job installing our new screen door. The frame from the old one was falling off and he was able to replace that, dispose of our old screen and install the new one with no hiccups! He also did a great job with alignment, ensuring there was the perfect sized clearance under the door to keep air from entering but allowing the it to go over our entry mat. Well done!

Great service. Riley showed up on time, changed out 3 windows (just the window panels) in just a little more than an hour, and cleaned up nicely. Price was very reasonable considering another company told me I had to replace the whole window including the frame. Pat F

The process of getting the estimate from Emerald City Energy was straight forward and there was no pressure. George gave us several options and was pleasant to work with. We got estimates from three companies and Emerald City Energy had the best price for Milgard windows.

Emerald City Energy kept us up to date on the progress of the window order. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful.

When it came time for the installation Emerald City Energy communicated to us what to expect and how to prepare for the installation. The installers, Tipton and Nelson, were great to work with. They kept us well informed on their arrival times and their progress during the installation. They did an excellent job. The Milgard windows look great and the installers attention to detail was welcomed. They cleaned up after their work and left our house looking great with new windows.

Several of our windows had aged out, broken seals, etc. We called and had a rep come to the house to take measurements. We only needed the glass replaced not the entire window. A couple weeks later the glass arrived and a crew was sent out to do the install. Looks great! If you need windows or doors call Emerald City.

I had to fire a contractor for poor performance and failure to check the quality of his work. I was left with several tasks that had to be redone. After being introduced to Emerald City Energy Windows & Doors by McLendon's Home Service, I decided to give them a try. The front end planning and quoting process was easy, clear and complete. Scheduling the project yielded a schedule that considered our needs and dependencies. The team arrived on time and got right to work. They removed a 12 foot long folding glass wall and replaced it with a 3 foot door and a 9 foot picture window. The work was performed in an efficient manner with minimum mess and disruption to my home. When they left everything functioned correctly and there was no mess. There was a delay waiting for a special trim to arrive. I took advantage of the delay to inspect and operated all the components during the wait period. What I found was precision work and attention to detail. Case in point, the drywall screws were all set at the same depth. The trim arrived, the team arrived on schedule and custom fit the trim pieces. There was an open exchange of ideas and options to arrive at a finish that looks like it has always been part of the house.
Would I hire this team for another project, yes, without hesitation.
