Their communication was amazing, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and they did a wonderful job installing the windows. They kept our home clean and got the job done in only a couple of days. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends and family.

Tipton was able to replace the door between my garage and house with a fire-rated door efficiently and effectively. He explained how I could rekey the lock to match the front door and installed trim so the door is not only more functional but also looks nicer than it did before!

Got a biggish window replaced at pretty high up. Got a quote remotely, paid half, got a measurement, then was kept updated with good communication until the window arrived and was able to be installed. No hassle and transparent honest practices. Riley was great.

Emerald City installed a new door and frame to a shed we had renovated into a music room for our kids. The process from start to finish was great -- and in less time than we thought. The installation with Genan and his co-worker took about half a day, but it is a solid door without a speck of daylight coming in at the seams. It was well worth it.

I had a terrible experience with Emerald City Energy and wouldn't hire them again. They made multiple mistakes on our door installation, including ordering the wrong door size. The project took 6 months due to mistakes and delays. They seemed sloppy and disorganized throughout. Communication was poor - I needed to constantly ask for updates.

The whole experience was wonderful! The sales rep, Frank Soto was not high pressure like the many from the other companies we called to bid the job. He was professional and courteous. Greg and his father, sorry i forgot his name, did a great job installing our windows. They installed them in 1 day! They cleaned up well and were very courteous and friendly. I had an excellent experience using this company to purchase and have a new door installed on my detached garage. After getting the runaround for several months from a big box home improvement store, I found Emerald City through Mclendon’s. The difference is customer service was night and day. Not only did they quickly order me a custom door, but the install was quick and professional. Their installer Pete is very friendly and professional and did a great job. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
